One of the best hotels at Bangkok I visit Bangkok since 1993 and Lebua is my favorite one 👌🏻

Lot of noise in the room because of some constuction in rhe next room . Overall superb hotel , great location and good food .

Me and my friends go often there but mostly to restaurants. It was our first time to stay at the hotel. And we booked this hotel for few hours to just celebrate of our friend bachelorette party (party theme was hangover so we decided to book a room and I informed this information prior that we are planning to have more guests but just 1 person will stay night) the most terrible experience was with sky bar that ruined the whole mood (the way how stuff treated us there was the worst in my life) not only they directly went to the bride and told her to leave the space if she don’t want to buy anything (some of us bought drinks but they didn’t count it) but the manager wanted to check if we are really hotel guests so he asked for more information and even do not hesitate to showing us they he is going down to check. We ve been there just 15 min and we tried our best to do not bother others since we understand that people might be resting, but all of them were super nice and wished to our bride the best (there about 5-7 people). In overall facilities in room is in not only good condition however the view is stunning especially on sunset. Breakfast is amazing and hotel staff is great (especially additional thanks for the guy that helps us on the first floor).

Negatives: - Aged Furniture: The room's furniture appears old and could use updating. - Quality of Welcome Gift: The welcome cake was dry, indicating it wasn't freshly made. - Medicinal Policy: Unlike some lower-starred resorts, the hotel refuses to provide over-the-counter medications like heartburn remedies. - Service Rigidity: - Rooftop Restaurant:Guests cannot view the menu without making a reservation first. - Limited Amenities:Requests for common items like mint were denied, even though it's used in the hotel's beverages. - Room Upgrade Issues: Despite online availability, requests for room upgrades for lounge access were declined. - Language Barrier:The staff's level of English does not meet the expected standard for a 5-star hotel. - Flexibility in Service: Simple requests, such as for a few slices of cheese at the restaurant, were met with confusion and denial, indicating a lack of flexibility and willingness to accommodate guest needs outside of the standard offerings. Overall, while the Lebua Hotel has the potential to offer a memorable stay through its spacious accommodations and celebratory gestures, its service limitations, adherence to inflexible policies, and challenges in guest communication need significant improvement to align with the luxury experience it aims to provide.

酒店的地理位置很好。房間的設施有些老舊了，但是乾淨整潔。在房間的陽台可以看到城市的街景，夜晚尤其的美麗。 入住時收到了酒店贈送的卡片和蛋糕，電視機的屏幕上寫上了我的名字和歡迎入住的文字，感覺很親切。 早餐特別豐盛而且美味，酒店的工作人員非常的熱情友好，隨時準備着為客人解決問題。

位置中規中矩。 附近有點人多雜亂。 房間空間很大，但有點舊。 房間露台是賣點，景色很好。 職員很有善。 自助早餐不錯。

地點方便。

地點很好，服務非常好，就是設施有點老舊，希望能裝修一下，最樓頂餐廳性價比和口感都不是很好，整體對酒店評價是非常棒

酒店挺老的，房間內比較一般，類似公寓。房間大，有點舊，所以晚上有點嚇人。大堂最漂亮，其他地方都一股子舊感。規矩也多，不花錢頂樓那個著名的bar在任何時間都別想上去看看。陽台往外看景色確實不錯，適合拍照。但陽台地面上一左一右兩個大大的空調機箱也是不好評。之前遠看很想住，住過就算了。

It's a very comfortable hotel with amazing views and nice breakfast. Very enjoy staying here.
