Muy buena recepcionista, habitación nueva, instalaciones completas, muy limpias.

It was a late night flight so we were just looking for a place to sleep, this place is OK as it is so close to the park. I enjoy running in Benjakitti Park.

When the receptionist is a fat male, the attitude is super bad, and the English is not very good. Hotel room 724 did not have hot water, we played a whole day then use the cold water to take a shower, the first night we called the reception is a good attitude female, she told us that it is too late, there is no engineer maintenance, only during the day there is a engineer to repair it. The next day we went back to the hotel and took a shower, and we found that is still only cold water. When I called the reception, it was this fat male, he said, "Only during the day there is a engineer, you can call tomorrow." I said that we are not in Thailand tomorrow, he said it’s up to you🙄️ and then we go down to ask him for a bucket for hot water we boiling ourselves to take a bath. Met a good person who can translate Thai, fat male kept saying that Thai has been rolling his eyes. Later I forgot my key card, and I said “hello. ” He only stared at the computer, ignoring us, and then his face was so sulky, and I said “exm?” he did not say a word and did not look at me, and then gave the room card without looking me. I also said thank u. But he didn't respond or have any reaction. What a rubbish attitude. A cold shower instead of hot water in a hotel, like we owe him millions. Oh, yeah. I'm sorry I'm so angry. The most impolite attitude of the whole Thailand tourism, a Thai, even it is the service industry 👎🏻👎🏻

Everything is ok. Great location as expected. The room was clean and cosy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. We’ll come back at the end of our trip in Thailand.

Very good experience! Room was clean and facilities was new. I missed the upstairs top level swimming as well as the chilling roof top, definitely a few place to hang out with friends. The one negative is the location, it took a while to find, it’s like a hidden spot.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with plenty of amenities and storage. Service was great too. Only downside is the location, a little difficult to get grab cars but bikes are easy. Overall, happy with my stay :)

Pretty hotel at a seemingly old neighbourhood. Location wasn’t the best (easy to miss) but still accessible. Seems like a new hotel or a newly-refurbished one, where its interior and amenities within appear very new. Got one of their largest rooms but didn’t appreciate how the floor was full of water stains upon entering. Could also use another mirror (there was only one face mirror outside the bathroom). Otherwise, the room was considered clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed my welcome drinks the most during my stay (exchangeable with coupons given to me during check-in) — I chose iced cocoa for one and iced latte for the other). The barista and the front desk staff share the same circular workspace so that was cute to see. They were all really nice and respectful so I was glad to have given this hotel a try!

Very nice, good, new hotel. Comfortable beds, good water strength in the shower. Water in swimming pool is too cold.

Very impressed with my stay, the hotel is new and extremely spacious for the price. It’s located 5 mins from a MRT station so travel is convenient. Highly recommend

10 minutes to the MRT station, the room is clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. There is a nice cafe nearby.

Situated just a few minutes walk in between MRT SiriKit and Klongtoei. Opposit to Landmark of MedPark Hospital just turn into the lane about 5 mins and the hotel just annexed to a famous local Government Saving Bank. All equipped of various comforts for travellers as shown in pics. But aware of some rooms with bad drainage in the bath room. The other is city viewed window as published that so closed to domestic apartment next door that caused curtain to be closed all the times. So check the assigned room first! Don’t expect much from swimming pool but the roof top has varieties of chair or seating great for relaxing!

Clean rooms, good service! Hotel located near famous market Khlong Toei and underground station
