Servicio , personal y ubicación muy buena. El hotel necesita una urgente rehabilitación. Esta muy viejo .

Estuve allí por 5 días y 4 noches. El servicio allí fue cálido y acogedor, que de alguna manera cumple con las calificaciones de 5 estrellas. Las comodidades eran adecuadas y la ubicación era perfecta para mí. El único comentario que tengo es que la habitación huele a cigarrillos aunque era una habitación para no fumadores. Y probablemente uno más, las luces eran bastante difíciles de manejar, probablemente sea demasiado viejo y se podía ver desde los interruptores. en general, la habitación estaba bien en general. Llegué a las 10 pm después de un retraso de vuelo de 5 horas. La habitación era espaciosa, el desayuno no era bueno en comparación con el Sheraton o el Marriott. Ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad, presenta sus propios desafíos, como un tráfico terrible.

Service and hospitality are great. Hilton level. However the hotel is quite old. Both facilities and rooms. Elevator lobbies don't have good AC, so it's quite stuffy. And you'll spend a lot of time in these lobbies as the elevators are super slow. Breakfast is common for Hiltons. Most visitors seem to be boring business people. Hope they renovate and improve the interior. Good value for money perhaps if you are looking for something short term or a business trip. Would not go here for a fun staycation or a vacation.

This building is a little old, but compared to other Hilton locations, it takes a small discount because of that. I thought that the location and service was great. You are right next to Soi Cowboy, and the hotel's guest policy is completely fine with taking home a +1. The service was good. All staff were friendly, professional, and spoke good English. My trip.com booking at late check out included, but I am unsure if the staff knew that. Regradless, when I asked for it, they gave me "complementary late check out" which didn't make much sense because it should've already been in my booking. There was a small deposit (2000 baht maybe), which they will hold for many weeks if done by card. This is annoying. The room is a little old and the power outlets a little dated. The ones by the desk were fine, but the ones by the bed didn't support all types. The bathroom was cool and I appreciated the amenities included and the bathtub. However, do not expect any extra things such as a razor in the bathroom and a scale (these can be found at other hilton properties, such as the Conrad). I believe you could've requested a razor from the front desk though. Breakfast was pretty good. I was surprised that they also had wait staff who would bring you food/drinks and clear your plates. They had nice coffee machines that made good coffee. Cooked to order bacon and freshly pressed juices and veggie smoothies. Breakfast was surprising good. Service was a highlight of this location, I believe. I would say that maybe for about 25 dollars more you could stay at another Hilton property, the Conrad, but the location wouldn't be as nice. I think that this is probably the best hotel for Soi Cowboy for the quality, price, service, and distance.

It was great to stay here. Very convenient for location, facilities, and services.

The hotel is located near the Asoke station of skytrain. Thus, transportation is very convenient. A large shopping mall is right opposite. The rooms are clean but furniture has seen some years. The personal is extremely kind and can speak English. The breakfast choices are great and plentiful. We will love to come back. However, a small inconvenience was that the pool water was pretty cold!

Location is good, train stations nearby to go around Bangkok city . Staffs are friendly .

Nice hotel. Bad thing is that they didnt give the one with view. Paid big money for not getting a view. Stay was not fulfilled due to facing the wall.

Great place, great location. Right near the terminal 21. Room was great. Loved the standing shower and separate bathtub option. Sadly didn’t have time to use the pool but great stay will come again.

Room is very big, clean and comfortable. Opposite is Terminal 21 shopping and good restaurants. There is also nice restaurants along the street eg Ping's sharksfin restaurant. Prices of food are reasonable. There's BTS within walking distance. Very convenient. Hotel service staff are attentive and professional.
