El servicio es bueno pero está un poco lejos. Hay un balcón y está cerca del metro saphan khwai. Está a solo una estación de Monchi y puedes ir al mercado de fin de semana de Chatuchak. Es un poco difícil caminar. no tienes tiempo para disfrutar de la piscina 😂😂

Very standard and nothing special. Hotel was clean, easy to check in and out and adequate for sleeping. Biggest issues is the location is dark from public transport and the city center. Local taxi drivers will be confused why you are staying there because of the distance. Bed is comfortable. Towles are old and rough.

The hotel room is new and huge, amenity is nice. But there is no slippers provided inside the room which is not convenient. Shampoo and shower foam are nice. Air conditioner is by Carrier and cool and nice. Front desk officer is helpful and offers assistance whenever we have questions. There is free “Tuk Tuk” service once in every hour to drive the guests from the hotel to “Saphan Khwai” BTS station which is great and location friendly to Chatuchak weekend market (it takes about 7-8 mins walk after you get off from the Tuk Tuk).

Not that far from BTS. The hotel has shuttle tuktuk service transport to BTS every hour. Smart TV has provided. 👍🏻

Hotel is nice, wasn’t told that the pool and terrace would be closed for refurbishment though. Location is a little out of the way. Rooms are nice and air conditioner was powerful. Staff were kind. Needs more soundproofing - heard lots of Chinese tourists shouting and screaming in the hallways at all hours of the night and early in the mornings disturbing sleep.

This is a newly build hotel with modern design. The deluxe room that I booked is clean and really spacious with a bean bag / chair inside, and ultra wide smart TV. Aircon blowing strong, hot / warm water in shower room functioning well, has bidet, shower gel, body lotion and tooth brush provided (i didnt received shampoo). Additional 180baht pay on the spot for breakfast if u didnt choose room w/ breakfast (buffet type, all HALAL food). The hotel allow u to consume the (all) snacks and drinks at minibar for free for 1st day (1 coke, 1 sprite, 2 chips) and 2 mineral bottle water. Is a good place to rest, because.. - this hotel is faaaaaar from its nearest BTS (Saphan Khwai). Although the hotel provides free tuk2 service, its still quite hard for tourist to book the tuk tuk service back from BTS to hotel because u need to call the hotel (at least 30 mins before - cant call on the spot). From BTS Saphan Khwai to the hotel by tuk2, takes about 10mins. If u choose to take grab motor from BTS to hotel, costs 30baht. - the hotel located at residential area. NO foodcourt nearby! I came back early to the hotel and I cant find place to eat dinner nearby hotel. Only 7/11 n very few street food available after 5 mins walk out from the hotel. - all the pillows provided is too soft until my neck stiff / pain (this is my own preference). My tips for those coming to this hotel from DMK: - take bus A2 from DMK (50baht) - yes there is direct airport bus to its nearest BTS - stop at Saphan Khwai BTS - take taxi / grab from there

Nice room because it’s a new hotel ! But staff need improvement ! Your guys should be happy work there !

all are good, however, 1. Is inside a alley, a bit quite and dark along the road 2. Walls are not sound-proofing, can hear other guests walking along the corridor, opening / closing their door, even can hear what people in the next room is talking

櫃台的女經理，服務態度極差，看網路才訂的，訂了4間房，要求派車，載我們去BTS不要，原本酒店有的服務都沒有，還擺臭臉，我們是去消費，很有禮貌的請他們幫忙，連住房都要看她臉色，口氣很差，根本不尊重客人，這樣下去，客人都被她趕走了。
