El hotel en si está bien. La cama de las habitaciones en esquina es enooorme. Pero las ventanas son de papel y se escuchan muchísimo los coches/metro.
Nuestra habitación no daba directamente a la calle y aún así se escuchaban bastante. La piscina una pena que solo se pudiese usar hasta las 17h. (Después habrían el bar)
En la entrada no hay rampa.

La experiencia en general en el hotel fue buena. Os detallo cosas buenas y malas del hotel:
✅ Buena ubicación. Muy cerca del BTS. Cosa que hace muy fácil moverse e ir al centro
✅ La piscina de la azotea tiene muy buenas vistas
✅ La limpieza del hotel es adecuada
❌ Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de las habitaciones de los lados
❌ No nos quisieron dar una toalla nueva después de utilizar la nuestra para ir a la piscina.

Second time to stay in less than 45 days, same room type but higher floor this time.
Felt quieter, may be without encounter noisy neighbours this time?!
Happy with this hotel, this time took time to try out bakery next door, it's very good.
Will stay at this hotel again when visit Bangkok in the future.

十分差勁的體驗，首先酒店隔音十分差，周圍房間講話、洗澡都是能聽一清二楚的，不過因為位置方便就不想特別提。但是！！這家酒店非常會顛倒是非，管理極差！！別人亂報房號吃早餐，消費也不用簽名？最後還把帳記到我頭上，並且不肯退換按金，不讓我們走，完美讓我們錯過要乘坐的班車。最後查清，就一句「哦」？！？！對了，抱歉還是攜程客服説的，服了。。。

Great location, clean room, very helpful and kind staff and the rooftop pool was fantastic. The place I stayed when I arrived in BK and when I returned to BK before I left Thailand therefore staying there twice I liked it so much. The staff also allowed me to store my baggage for 10+ days with them which I didn't want to take island hopping which was also a HUGE help, I'm very appreciative of all their efforts!

Conveniently located at a short walk from BTS station. Service was good, the room is clean and spacious. But had slight incident happened in the room toilet on the first day checked in as almost slipped in the toilet as floor was wet without notice and my right foot toes hit against the wall. The next day the toes was quite painful and swollen... Follow the next few days my trip was not very smooth and easy as need to walk very slowly. After 2 days later my back hurts very badly and need to buy some pain killers. After returning back to my country seen the doctor and was told that my toes bone had a slight crack. This trip for me was not very well but still able to make it through. Hopefully my next trip could be better.

Amazing location, get to the BTS in 3 mins max. 7-11 is just about 1 minute away. Bed is super huge and comfy, so are the pillows. Cleanliness of room is passable, so are the toilets. No toothpaste and toothbrush so be sure to get them on your own. All in all, value for money.

To be honest, the location is superb, just beside Chong Nonsi BTS. The service staff were probably not full time. In the night time they were just security guard. I requested for iron and said will deliver up my room. waited through the night only to find out next day that the iron was left at the front desk. Ammenities, forget about providing toothbrush. They do not have it, except for some cotton swabs. The swimming pool and rooftop bar was closed. Breakfast is not buffet, its ala carte.
The cleaniness of the room is below average, the room have mushy smell. Requested to change room but was told it was full. Floors were dirty despite having mopped.
Would I stay there again? Most likely no. I would find elsewhere better.

pros, good location just beside bts very convenient but not the best
front desk staff and canteen staff are polite
price acceptable considering the location
cons, facilities looks old and some not functional (exhaust fan not working makes the toilet smell horrible)
cleanliness need improvement (housekeeping often didnt clean the floor, bedsheet also not changed during our one week stay)
no toothbrush and slippers only cotton buds sewing kit and razor
the rain shower head rusty and splash water everywhere cant use, only hand shower can use
rooftop bar closed during our stay
bf not buffet very limited choices and same everyday
i personally think this hotel good for short stay but for long stay i think there is plenty much much better hotels in Bangkok with same price or cheaper
