Pratunam City Inn

Saya pesan type kmr yg 1 dbl bed dan 2 twin bed ternyata pas smpi hotel mereka bilang tidak ada type kmar itu krn smpi sudah mlm kondisinya sedgkan pihak trip operasional smpi jam 18.00 kita tidak tau hrs menghub siapa sehingga kita di cash oleh pihak hotel krn hanya ada kapasitas 1 dbl bed untuk 2 org krn saya bertiga dan resepsionis sangat tidak bersahabat dan tidak mau mendengarkan apa yg saya jelaskan ini reseptionis terburuk yg pernah saya jumpai bukan hanya saya ponakan saya juga sama mengeluh kmr kotor byk nyamuk tp pihak hotel tidak mau mendengarkan apa yg kira keluhkan selm 10 hr kmr gak di sapu dan sprei gak pernah di ganti walau kita minta ganti gak bakal di dengarkan.saya juga kena gigit tomcat sehingga 2 hr saya demam di bangkok. Saya menginap di hotel ini selama 7 hr dan ponakan saya menginap 10 hr ini pelayanan hotel terburuk dan jorok kotor lantai kmr juga gak pernah di sapu kalo kita blm chek out menurut saya ini hotel kekurangan pegawai.setiap mlm yg bertugas hanya 1 org resepsionis aja tidak ada yg lain hanya 1 org saja. Permlsh kamar saya mendptkan kompensasi dr pihak trip menurut saya trm ksh atas kerja sama nya untuk trip pelayanan trip cukup bagus trm ksh

ห้องพักสะอาด น่ารักออกแนวมินิมอล พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นกันเอง ราคาก็โอเคถ้าเทียบกับคุณภาพห้องถือว่าคุณภาพเกินราคาทีเดียวค่ะ👍

The hotels location is good near malls and eatery. Value for money.

This hotel is good and near in pratunam market, I really love the place. And the people working there are so nice and very easy to talk. And they always smile.

The floor should be clean and the bed cover seem dirty. The room quite small for the price.

i think for the service isn’t really good , i book for 3 people but extra 1 person with extra fee 450 bath and didn’t get more pillow and toner
