Great locaion. Old hotel. had some problems like card didn't open door from first time. safe was locked and couldn't be opened with correct password. toilet flush wasn't good - to many water, too weak peasure even after plumber fixed it. i was alone but room with 2 breakfast and i needed specially ask for second one for myfriend who lived nearby and visited me for breakfast. it was only instant coffee availiable and breakfast was pretty poor, but for me all of that wasn't so important cuz i mostly only slept there so all these problems were covered with great location for good price. Free water provided every day. I didnt ask for cleaning room all 5 nights to be enviroment friendly.
stuff was very friendly and willing to help.
probably will stay again if event i've attended have place the same location next time.

Cleanliness: Not great. Booked because of the rooftop pool but there is green gunk all inside the pool.
Location: Brilliant, very close to restaurants and nightlife areas, close to shopping malls.
Staff: Very friendly and polite.
Overall: You have a great hotel, the rooms are not bad at all, it just needs a bit of love and attention so it doesn’t feel old and dirty!

If you’re a gym rat, this is the BKK hotel for you. There’s a nice gym, sauna and swimming pool. The bed is comfy and the rooms are large. And there are plenty of eateries on this street. I highly recommend this place.

The room is quite old and not really well maintained. We got the room on the ground floor and got the bad smell from the garden, so bad that we have to ask to change the room and the staff is very good at accommodating.

Generally nice & quiet place to stay. Only had problems with the washing machine which the hotel offered to send the affected clothing for free laundry service as the machine had dirtied the load.

Hot water at times cold and hot. Air con is not cold at times. nearby there’s not much things, expect small bars and few massage shops.

Good location. Staff were extremely friendly. Could be a bit cleaner. One of the reasons I booked this place was so that I could use the rooftop pool but the pool was green like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

As others have already pointed out, most glaringly and strikingly, this hotel is badly in need of a refurbishment/makeover/renovation. I’ll keep it short:
The good: Strategic location, cheap price (US$30), strong water pressure from the shower, Japanese-style toilet seat bidet.
The bad: 10 min walk to the subway, highly unreliable wifi, hard beds, lack of amenities (no face or hand towels/no pool/no toiletries except shampoo & body wash/no bathroom slippers/few clothes hangers/few charging ports), and once again, an entire building that looks like it is falling apart both on the inside and the outside.
Seems like the only guests who give this hotel a perfect score are travellers who like the Indian restaurant within the hotel, which is not something I came to Bangkok for…
