住了四晚，設施達不到五星、像國內的三星或是連鎖，不值一千多人民幣一晚、房間過道深色裝修，很壓抑。房間小，加的床正對廁所門（門上整面鏡子🪞😆），晚上睡覺是關廁所門？還是不關廁所門？房間偶爾會有一股🚽味，床不好睡、中間凹陷。酒店位置適合步行逛街，周圍商場多。出行玩會超級堵車嚴重！早餐不錯！但是不會再住！

第一次給差評，酒店入住時間是3點，到了前台告訴我房間還在打掃，還需要15分鐘，結果足足等了75分鐘才打掃好！拿到房卡後進房間怎麼看都覺得不對，翻出了訂單看酒店房間照片，結果根本不一樣，酒店給的回覆是每個房間朝向不同，所以和照片略有區別，這區別也太大了吧，

Washroom facilities and amenities are sub-standard. Cleanliness is bad as dirt stayed on the table and sofa after we returned to the hotel.

酒店位置挺好，不過服務和衞生不好，我們要求高樓層，安排在六樓七樓，我們五個晚上一個房間的地巾四天沒換新的，其中一天我們丟到洗澡間也沒換，另一個房間有兩天沒有地巾，我們有一個房間兩個人兩雙拖鞋，第一天出門回來變三雙拖鞋，看起來是黑點兒的，我們猜測可能是我們房間上一個客人的，房間打掃不乾淨，吃完外賣我們自己收拾了，但茶几上還有一些殘渣印子，回來後發現都沒有擦

Asked for late checkout and managed to extend it till 1300. At 1304, room phone rang and Reception was chasing you to leave your room😤😅
We never had this kind of experience with any hotels in the world and this is truly “amazing” 😏

Great location and close to BTS (sky train), restaurants, leading department stores and 7/11 in a walking distance.
Room is nicely designed and well-equipped with everything I need. The only problem was the inconsistency water temperature and low pressure in a shower room. Breakfast was fine with nice selections. Staffs were attentive and well-trained. Good place to stay.

Can’t believe they were so nice to let us have a free upgrade of room which had more privacy as we requested. Really couldn’t be anymore thankful for that. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed the stay for our 2 days 1 night. Even though it’s short, it was really cozy and comfortable. The location of the hotel is so good too, just a few minutes walk to the closest BTS. And just one BTS stop away from Siam paragon.

The staff are very friendly n helpful!the swimming pool is great ! I had a fun time at the swimming pool with my baby ! N the location is very good , and there is massage store n 7 -11 and a kid play house just downstairs of the hotel , definitely will come back again !

Hotel rooms are very comfortable and large with a couch and seating area. Pool is great infinity style lots of sun. Not many sun beds tho. Overall great hotel with comfortable beds.
