The room we had looks new. Very cheap but clean! If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel in Bangkok, I would recommend this hotel. They also have a smart TV where you can enjoy your Netflix chill.

Check in was very smooth.
Helpful receptionist. Friendly housekeeping staff.
Huge king size bed - very comfortable.
Daily housekeeping.
Spotlessly clean.
Restaurant serves Indian cuisine. Room service is available.
Walking distance to some local eateries and 7-Eleven.

Did a quick stay here as wanted to stay on Soi 22. they upgraded my room to a big one which was great! staff were great and would stay again when in the area.

Big and clean room but smelly environment. Had to keep the aircon switched off because dirty and didn't cool too much. I was offered to change the room instead of trying to fix the problem
