The check-in experience was very bad. First, I arrived at the at 1AM, without any concierge or staff to help me take luggage. When I arrived at the front desk, there were two female staff in uniform, and one named May helped me to check in, which was very bad, without any communication like a robot, without any care or inquiry. I don't think this hotel should have the service attitude. In addition, there is a male employee who is not wearing a uniform, his name is Kit, and he is the service manager after inquiry, but there is no service during the period, why is he called the service manager? And showing up at the front desk without a uniform, I think it's unprofessional. The room is small, the air conditioning is noisy, and there will be noise in the hallway. The staff at check-out were very nice. I think May and Kit should learn from the staff at check-out how to serve them. In general, the hotel facilities are outdated, the hotel staff service attitude is poor, and the cost is very low.
