Fantastic stay.
Location is convenient for shopping, but not so for public transport, due to frequent jams at the roads around the hotel.
Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection, very tasty.
Service was great from concierge to reception to housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and were fluent in English.
Very impressed with overall cleanliness, even the lobby toilet was super clean.

Hotel is centrally located but not near to any BTS or MRT station. Link to shopping centre is closed too early and had to walk one big round to front of hotel.
Room is spacious and clean, promptly made up everyday. Overall good stay and enjoyable.

Sound proofing is bad. Can hear the next door neighbor snoring and talking. The water pump was noisy after flushing the toilet
Room was generally clean.
Breakfast is average. Have to spend additional time to transfer at L11 from main hotel lobby to access the room in north wing.

Good location if you don't mind the BTS station is a bit far away. Stayed at north tower 30th floor with a nice city view.

Location was great! The room was super spacious with bathtub which is awesome. Great stay. Things to improve, the ventilations in the lift needs to be improve; it’s really humid.

I arrived at the hotel early and wanted to check-in and the staff was unable to find my booking record and asked to check-in few hours later. Went back to check-in in the late evening and the staff still unable to find my booking record. Contact trip customer service and after about 30 mins then the hotel found my booking record. The staff should at least ask me to check with trip.com about my booking during my first check-in attempt rather than asking me to go back few hours later to try check-in.

Location a bit far from BTS station, hotel had a shuttle bus but need to reserve early. It would be good if there are more frequent shutter bus rather having only 1 shuttle bus 3 timeslot per day. Breakfast is good. Overall is a nice hotel.

Excellent location, near to many shoppping centres and food outlets. Many night markets stalls selling different types of
Goods late through the night. Hotel buffet breakfast offer wide range of cuisine to suit all taste buds.
