Valoraciones de TK. Palace Hotel & Convention Bangkok

El hotel está ubicado cerca de la carretera principal y los atascos de tráfico pueden ser intensos durante las horas pico. No estoy seguro de si hay estaciones de tren cerca porque tomamos GRAB durante todo nuestro viaje. Un hotel bastante limpio con artículos de ducha, pero recuerde traer su propio cepillo de dientes y pasta de dientes, ya que no lo proporcionan. En general, fue una estancia increíble para nosotros, ya que estábamos en Bangkok para un concierto en IMPACT Arena y el hotel estaba bastante cerca.

La ubicación de este hotel es muy conveniente para moverse en taxi y seguro.

The room was clean and spacious. Complete amenities provided. The receptionist was very pleasant and gave me a free upgrade. Location wise, hotel is near DMK airport and Impact Arena.

It was ok. Average. Not good breakfast. It was good as it was close to work.

This hotel provided a pleasant experience during my trip. It's conveniently located near several facilities, including 7-Eleven, Big C, and especially the train station.

Beautiful lobby and impressive meeting rooms, but unfortunately the guest rooms were very underwhelming. I had to change rooms three times because each one I checked into was filthy. I finally stayed in the third room, but it still wasn’t very clean and the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, I ended up with food poisoning from the hotel restaurant. Great common areas, but the overall stay was extremely disappointing.

I recently stayed at TK Palace Chaengwattana, and I have to say, I was very disappointed with the overall experience — especially with the hotel’s deposit policy and service attitude. Even though I had fully paid for my room in advance, the hotel still required a 1,000 THB deposit at check-in. This was never clearly stated during the booking process, and it felt unnecessary and inconvenient. What’s the point of asking for an extra deposit when the stay is already paid for in full? What made things worse was how the hotel handled the checkout process. Even after I returned the room key and everything seemed fine, the staff insisted on sending housekeeping to check the room before refunding my deposit. I had to wait while they confirmed everything — no damage, no missing items, everything was perfectly fine — only then did they finally release my deposit. It made me feel like they didn’t trust their guests at all. This kind of process really leaves a bad impression. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Bangkok and around Thailand, and most places don’t make things so complicated — especially not after full payment has already been made. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re being treated with suspicion when you’ve done nothing wrong. The hotel itself is decent and the location is okay, but the management and policies really need improvement. A deposit like this should either be clearly communicated before arrival or handled more efficiently and respectfully at checkout. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I won’t be returning to TK Palace, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others unless they improve their customer service and deposit policy.

I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely small with a low ceiling, making me feel quite claustrophobic during my stay. The cleanliness of the toilet left much to be desired. The showerhead was filthy, covered in a thick layer of limescale, and its holder couldn't support it properly. Moreover, the water quality was so poor that the brand - new filter in the shower I replaced turned yellow after just one use. The service also failed to meet my expectations. When I checked in at around 1 am, I had to wait in a long queue. I'm not sure if it was due to the inefficiency of the staff, but it definitely wasn't a pleasant experience. Additionally, my reservation clearly stated that toothbrushes would be provided free of charge. However, when I asked for them, the hotel staff informed me that there would be a charge. After a troublesome discussion, I still couldn't get the free toothbrushes as promised and had to buy them outside. I hope the hotel can take these issues seriously and make improvements.

Excellent lovely hotel and staff very nice . The rooms are very nice and we had a surprise fruit platter in our room when we arrived ❤️

The place very good, cozy room and friendly friends desk service . The only improvement needed. Please provide self ironing iron and board. I’ve been many hotel visiting, never encounter with this issue. this will be more convenient for business traveling stay.

We spend a few nights there and find it good value for money. The breakfast was nice the only thing I would change is to turn down the air con a bit. Most of the hot food was stone cold, because the people left the lids open and the aircon was blowing cold air straight in. Dinner was nice
