It is a newly renovated hotel, for the price paid, it’s worth it. But it has heavy smoke smell at lobby, won’t be back

Hotel location abit out of the way from MRT. By walking it will takes you abt 10-15mins if ok to walk location is not too back. 7-11 available within 2-3 mins walks. During night times nearby areas quite happening.
I recently stayed at five by grace and found the experience to be a mixed bag. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, offering a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring. The staff members are generally kind and attentive, which adds a positive touch to the overall stay. However, my experience was marred by the behavior of the senior management and the security staff , particularly an managers level who i don’t know the namer of her and she didn’t even want to say her name though. I found that this specific manager to be consistently disrespectful, rude, and uncooperative, which significantly impacted my stay. This negative interaction overshadowed the otherwise good aspects of the hotel. While the accommodations and junior staff are commendable, the attitude of senior management, needs significant improvement for a more enjoyable and respectful guest experience.
