Great place to stay. Overall very high standard the two drawbacks being the ventilation is little mouldy and there is not a dedicated space for delivery food drop off. Oftentimes one is required to get down and wait for food.

So great trip ever. The hotel room is sooo perfect. Nothing can complain at all. Staff are so great in every department. Special thanks to Guests relations, Joshitha who made our stay so memorable.

This hotel and everything which comes with it is unbelievable amazing. The staff without any exception is helpful, polite and friendly. And this friendliness feels completely real. There will not be a single issue remain unsolved. And even when it has been solved attempts are made to find an even better solution. Breakfast leaves no wishes open and the food in the Asian Restaurant is simply amazingly well tasting. The room has been well spaced and perfectly tidy. Despite all staff being on top of everything, I would like to especially mention one name: Rachel was the first person I met at check in, and whenever we met she was inquiring about my wellbeing asking if anything could be done. Every little issue I had, be it rides to places or requests for tropical fruit, it was solved by Rachel within seconds. Rachel made my stay in FourSeasons an unforgettable one.

Staying here was absolutely incredible! We enjoyed a lot. Rohith, Chef Vivek, Himanshu and Sayan were exceptionally warm and attentive, making sure all our needs were met with genuine care. It truly made our experience unforgettable!!!

My office is in Whitefield and I had to choose this place as all the hotels in Whitefield were sold out. I chose this place halfhearted and instantly regretted after seeing the room. I loved the room as it were spacious, neat and clean. Customer service is the best in industry.

Me and my mate went there to celebrate our belated birthday.. This was my second visit and I felt the service and hospitality was over and above my expectations, definitely better than my last visit in 2020. The food, drinks, ambience and hospitality was remarkable. A special mention for Tanisha who really made our belated celebration very memorable, made us feel like a part of a fam with her unprecedented hospitality and Daisy - who made the fabulous cocktails, every sip felt like it was made with love and care. Will be visiting more often because of the experience

The room was amazing. The staff were welcoming and friendly (Sarah, Aryaman, Tanisha, Gracy, Rajal). The Pool with waterfall in the background had an amazing feel. The Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi was a good experience. Far and East and Copitas is a must try the staff at both the restaurants are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Wanted to say that Ajay in the collections lounge is the most hospitable and amazing waiter, he is always polite and engaging with conversation. You have made our trip to Bangalore the most enjoyable, thanks Ajay. From the beautiful snacks to the best music that we have heard in a hotel for a very long time, totally amazed!

Service is excellent. The staff are courtesy, taking care of the guest, the room and the breakfast was amazing. Would love to be back again soon. Also I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you so much for taking care of us.
