Very bad hotel, no amenities, even tavals also not provided, no light in lift and staff behaviour also worst

Booked 1 day room at this hotel and paid full amount through online at the time of booking. After reaching hotel the receptionist jai krishnan roy demanded 1300 extra. Then i paid the extra amount.

Hotel crew of worst quality and not got any support from them. They didn't give me bill for 3 days and gave it to me on 4th day after a fight.

blue-moon gave me terrible experience. Rooms was not clean-band tidy. Bed sheet and blanket unusable condition and bad smeel. In the toilet not provided exhaust fan and mirror. Support staff is not friendly. Everyday need to ask wi fi password for each room. Every day not changing bedsheets and blanket. Same bedsheets using everyday.

No amenities available ! no one available at the counter ! repetively you have to call 3/4 times then they will listen breakfast never on time have to call twice thrice everyday

The size of a bed and room is small. Not suitable for the person of height 5. 10 or above. Toilet flush was not working.

They will not provide any basic amenity even a towel. There are many better stays available in cheep rate nearby. The hotel staffs wont provide any service. They wont pick the call as well.

Location is good, very close to sony singal. Hotel is good, but the housekeeping is very poor. I stayed for 3 days, but room was not cleaned, bed sheets remained the same even after repeated requests for cleaning the room

Room allotted 2 pm instead of 12 noon. Was waiting long time for allotment. Front office staff also not good at responding.

very poor service and the receptionist is very unprofessional. we already booked 2 rooms before check in, when we reached there the response is no room is available. and dirty rooms and bed sheets. They didnt provide any single towel and bath items.

It was really a great stay as i was on a business trip. Be it the location or the cleanliness, a decent hotel accessible to everything. Kishan deserves a praise as he made it comfortable.

It was a great experience considering the cleanliness and the location of the hotel in a prime area with accessibility to nearby shops and food options in koramangala. Loved the amenities but support from their staff wasn't good except gore just one with a special mention to kishan who made it a very comfortable stay. He is genuinely an asset for the brand. Would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Staffs are non-coperative, dirty bed with hairs, nonfunctional flush, dripping water on wash basin. Tv not recharged.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was a great stay and i would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
