Recientemente tuve el placer de visitar Banff y alojarme en este increíble hotel. El personal de recepción fue increíblemente amable. Las habitaciones estaban impecables y bien mantenidas, lo que proporcionaba un refugio acogedor después de explorar. La ubicación era perfecta, lo que facilitaba la navegación por la naturaleza. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera que visite Banff!

Buena ubicación, a pocos minutos a pie de la tienda y el centro comercial. Hay un microondas compartido en el piso y una máquina de hielo gratuita. También hay estacionamiento gratuito.

My partner and I stayed here for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room was comfortable, although the cleanliness could be improved, as there were a few details that housekeeping seemed to have missed. The facilities were fairly basic and a bit dated, but everything worked as expected. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price, and we would consider coming back for a short visit.

The location and the price was great . So overall not a bad idea to stay here. Staying longer than 3 days it’s another story. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The construction outside was no issue because they start the work late and finished early. But the hotel has no Safe and the pool wasn’t in the same building.

Love the convenience of this hotel. Room is basic, with amenities that you will need for your stay. Nice river just a stone throw away!

The staff was friendly. The room is tidy and clean with old fashioned furniture. The stay was situated slightly distanced from the main streets and would be a bit difficult to walk in heavy snow (wouldn’t be a problem if it was not snowing). The parking was convenient. One thing to note is that we could not find the amenity building and a map would help a lot. Overall, it was a valuable and comfortable stay in Banff.

The staff are helpful and polite. But the road conditions outside the hotel is pretty rough.

Good location, friendly and helpful front desk staff, room was clean. Appreciate text message on road construction closure and alternate route.

Most amenities are in the hotel across the parking lot. It’s a good place that allows all 6 of us in a family room. We were probably there at a bad time as there’s construction right on front of the hotel. When we were using the pool in the other hotel, and construction was happening at the other hotel too.

Hotel is a bit tired now. We could not turn the heating off and despite reporting it to reception, nothing was done

We had a wonderful stay at Bow View Lodge. The location is excellent, with the river just behind the property, providing a beautiful and peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. We also appreciated the front desk team calling ahead to reconfirm our reservation dates, which was a thoughtful touch and gave us peace of mind before arrival. While the rooms are a bit dated, they were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a great value for the location and a pleasant place to stay while enjoying the beautiful Banff!

Very ideal location specially when you love the view. You can see the mountains, river and from the balcony got a chance to see a deer roaming around! Facilities are old but clean.

It is a pleasant hotel with regular amenities. The beds are comfortable and the view out the windows is spectacular towards the Bow River. Unfortunately there was a shouting match between a couple from 1am-3:40am the second night as the walls do not muffle the sound as well as we would have liked. So very tired the next day or so, but the front desk said they have security on 24 hours and we should have called. Some of the items in the rooms are quaint and that's ok - they are small rooms, but we spent most of our time out in Banff or skiing, Overall they worked out.
