Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. The hotel's location is very strategic, the advantages of check-in being 24 hours, the friendliness of the staff and good service from all hotel staff. A little suggestion, maybe the initial deposit process could be improved by using a debit card. But overall it is very good. Thank You

Great hotel with Good Hospitality and located just next to shopping mall, Bandung indah Plaza and Bandung Electronic Center. Several restaurants and factory outlet was nearby. Room was clean, spacious and comfy. All staff were Professional, helpful, and very friendly. Special thanks to Ms Dhiya And Ms Afifah from Front Desk who professionally handle and arrange for my room transfer request. Several minor things in the room might need maintenance and update, and overall the hotel was nice and i would recommend the hotels. Kudos for All the Staffs.

Me quedo aquí por 2 noches con mi familia. Reservamos 2 habitaciones en un condominio con bañera a un precio de alrededor de Rp. 900 k/noche a través de OTA. (+) El hotel adjunto al centro comercial Braga Citywalk, que está casi vacío pero tiene una excelente ubicación en la famosa calle Braga. El servicio del personal es amable, rápido y receptivo. Ducha caliente excelente. Selección de canales de televisión excelente, buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, servicio de habitaciones (nasgor) excelente a Rp.68 k/porción, incluye botella de agua (-) Sin embargo, hay algún punto que es necesario mejorar, como por ejemplo. En nuestra habitación número 1902, el inodoro huele mal cada vez que se descarga, lo que ocurre desde el día 1. El armario está roto, el interior del microondas está muy sucio, hay hormigas por todos lados y los trabajos de limpieza deben ser detallados. Otra cosa que debe preocuparnos es que las condiciones de las toallas de baño eran terribles. No es un hotel de estrellas en absoluto. (Foto adjunta). Sugiero que la habitación se someta a mantenimiento antes de volver a venderla y proporcione solo una toalla blanca y limpia por el precio de casi 1 millón de la habitación. Por el momento no lo recomiendo, pero volveremos si se realiza alguna mejora.

La ubicación fue grande, tan muchos lugares para ir puede pasar por justo caminando, el precio fue muy asequible, es agradable permanecer aquí, y el personal también fue muy amable, puede encontrar Karen como GRO para ayudarte durante su estancia en Golden Flower Bandung 🧡

¡Yo me quedé en el hotel Sukajadi con mi familia por tantas veces, no recuerdo exactamente cuántas veces, pero fue mucho, nos gustaba la habitación, el servicio y la comida también era grande! Y esta vez, mi familia y yo volvíamos a visitar Bandung y decidimos quedarse en este hotel, como invitado repetidor, esperamos el mismo servicio y instalaciones que solíamos experimentar, pero lamentablemente esta visita es realmente decepcionante, La primera habitación que entramos fue muy sucia, un montón de pelo del anterior huésped estaba en todas partes en el baño, la habitación ni siquiera tiene un tobillo, llamé y pregunté al personal, pero me dijeron que no tenían ningún tobillo disponible, Pero entonces el personal de la casa que pasó por nuestra habitación dijo que estaba disponible y me dio el tobillo (?) El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. Esperaba casi 20 minutos que todavía no salió? Overall the hotel service and facilities was excellent, but whirlpool is not that warm enough and also the Location of the hotel is very good, near exit tol pasteur but you need to consider that area is very busy and always have a traffic jam at certain times

The location is nice. It has a great view of the Bandung City. It is also easy to go to attraction area.
