Utk shower room, wastafel, dan toiletnya kotor, harusnya lebih sering dibersihkan krn lebih banyak yg menggunakan. Di kamar mandinya hanya tersedia sabun, tdk ada shampoo, tp tdk disediakan tempat buat naruh perlengkapan mandi kita. Jd bingung, mana sempit bgt kamar mandinya. Kl saya sich ga bakal balik lagi ya.

Our visit this time is because special requests from my daughter to celebrate her late birthday after the school holiday. We visited this hotel early this year and she was impressed so much ans requested to visit back this time. Our family always came back to this beautiful hotel almost every year due to its world class standard and exceptional hospitality from the front office, F&B, housekeeping and the guest relations. The check in was super smooth, thanks to Mr. Wirianto Prowo, the FO manager who helped the process and he made sure the room was in good condition. The hotel really helped to fulfill our request for clean and quiet room as our daughter has bad skin allergy and light sleeper. We stay in Kembang Villa, a very beautiful unit for family with kids. The unit is very spacious with a big jacuzzi inside the bathroom. It has a separate living room area and bedroom. At the back there is a large closet corridor with a medium size working desk. The room is pretty modern with updated power plug with normal USB and micro USB type C in couple of area next to bed as well as in living room. It has 2 smart TVs with complete channels. We encountered a minor issue however the team showed fast and strong support to fix the issue and they continuously checked the guests to make sure we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Erick and Mr. Evi for making our stay enjoyable. As we bring our kid, this hotel provides various activities for kids such as a reasonable big kids club, cinema with playstation and nintendo for families time, bouncy castle with other activities and some pay per use activities such as horse riding, go-cart, rock climbing and game machines. The swimming pool is reasonably big and has great view. The gym is pretty good just the room a bit warm. Last but not least is breakfast. One of the most complete breakfasts in the city. They rotated the menu everyday so you will not get bored. Today i tried some local dishes like rice cake with chicken curry and yesterday i ate the yellow rice with a lot of condiments. It also provides american style breakfast and some sushi. The chef is also able to make egg Benedict with good quality. I did not recall other hotels in bandung can make it. Special thanks to chef Entis who did extra miles to provide non spicy dishes during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel, and will come back again next holiday.

Ubicación estratégica, cómoda, cm donde el aparcamiento se ve un poco descuidado por detrás, tal vez porque es un edificio antiguo. El menú del desayuno tiene muchas opciones, sobre el sabor, por supuesto, la lengua de cada uno, pero en mi opinión es solo B.

La habitación era muy limpia y espaciosa. El servicio era amable. Me quedé 2 días y para el desayuno el menú. Eso es todo con variaciones mínimas. La ubicación está en la orilla de la autopista jl, así que el acceso es bastante fácil, menos tocado por la naturaleza, así que es una impresión remota.
