I was surprised she was waiting for me when I got off the bus. I being a 70+ years old person, she even helped me to load my luggage on her car. She also helped me to book a car late at night for my next day trip to Sanmenhai and Crystal Palace. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and would have extended my stay if I have not booked hotel for my next stop. She also helped me to book the return bus ticket and fetched me to the bus pick-up point at 8 am. She also refused to accept payment for fetching me to and from the bus drop off/pick-up point insisting this is part of the hotel's service. I thanked the lady boss for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. I will stay here again should I visit Bama again. I strongly recommend this hotel."
