The Haven tiene una ubicación realmente buena, justo en el corazón de la ciudad. Hay un minimercado justo enfrente del hotel donde puedes cambiar divisas. Ofrecen muchos servicios, como consigna de equipaje si necesitas guardarlo hasta tu vuelo. El personal de seguridad te ayuda a subir tu equipaje al coche en medio del tráfico intenso. En general, me encantó la experiencia allí, definitivamente me quedaría allí de nuevo.

This hotel is popular among Australias. I booked a standard room for my two last night in Bali and got a bad room experience. AC did works, bathtub was leaking, the noise from the street is terrible and had a hard time to sleep. I tried to adress this to the staff but had the feeling they already was aware of the issues in the room but gave it to me anyway as solo traveler. They said sorry but didn’t offer any compensation for ruin my night. I would not stay here again. And the rooms are very wore down and old.

The best hotel of the trip. I got upgraded. I stayed 2 night , room is clean, view is good The service guy named , , Mr. Aksodo , I hoped I spell right ,has done real great Job. The laundry is cheap , we got 40% discount somehow. I will come back for sure.

The cleanliness of the room is not up to the standard.

Exterior, perfect.  Interior, lil old and definitely needs refurbishing! Balcony light shines into room but cannot be switched off. Curtains are not light proof.  Bar across the street is super loud so get ready ear plugs.  Probably not ideal for work trips but location is great!

The location is perfect — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and relaxation. The pools were immaculate and inviting, and the on-site spa treatments were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Bali. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. Every detail of our stay felt thoughtful and well-executed, proving that you don’t have to spend a fortune to enjoy luxury. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Legian, The Haven is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing stay. Staff is great. Breakfast amazing. Location is perfect. Staff always making sure we had a pleasant stay. Would be perfect if they provided beach towels and if they had an adult only pool jacuzzi with nice relaxing music. Thank you

Was very lucky to be upgraded because it was my birthday. The location is a short walk to the beach and a bunch of great places nearby. Property is large (back end is next to Horison entrance & front end is on the main road). My room had issues and it was nice to be provided with another place quickly.

Hotel was okay. Staff and customer service was great, everyone was lovely. The Italian buffet dinner by the pool was lovely. Room was muggy and had a smell to it. Aircon was hard to get a good temperature. The clubs/bars nearby were so loud at night, any night, that it echoed through my room till past midnight into the am. This made it uncomfortable to stay.

So far the services was okay, Only a few things make my holidays feel upset, 1. Room found insects. 2. Housekeeping enter the room whitout me notice while i'm sleeping. 3. Fees for late check out quite too much

I quite enjoyed my stay at The Haven, the staff was amazing and it’s in a good location. Would definitely recommend it.
