This is our second time visit to the resort which has been very well kept. They’ve introduced two new initiatives this time. 1)appointment of a butler to take care of his/her respective hotel guests. As such, i only need to deal with one contact point for all my requests which provides me with the greatest convenience. My butler Rose has been extremely helpful to hv fetched me a table at the hard book Italian restaurant and book massage despite it was a last minute request. Her meticulous arrangements have made my stay a very pleasant and enjoyable one. 2) breakfast is served around the clock one time every day. Guests can now order breakfast from the menu as they wish. They’re very generous. You could simply order as much as you want, with different portion and free combination. I truly feel that this is more eco friendly than the traditional buffet style. And they do deliver the food at the highest quality by freshly making them.
All staff are well trained, courteous and passionate. I do feel that they enjoy the work, and that’s how they strive to make every guest to hv a wonderful stay at the hotel.
We had a best ever family trip here at Bulgari resort and we’ve planned to come back once again!

設施：稍微有些舊，但不影響整體感受
我們是凌晨1.30的航班，酒店非常貼心，讓我們延遲退房到晚上10點，住了那麼多酒店，從來沒那麼晚退房過～

A great birthday trip and stayed at the Bulgari Hotel.首先表揚寶格麗的管家Erni小姐：熱情，周到，服務好.其次，寶格麗酒店在峇里島烏魯瓦圖區域頂奢一般的存在有它的道理.此次入住特別滿意，從一開始的辦理入住，到私人管家的全程接待和接送，到後面即時高效的處理問題，換了海景更好的Villa，一切都是相當愉快.第三，酒店的建成是有一定年限了，但它的底藴猶在，所以有意向選擇峇里島度假的，完全可以把寶格麗當作Bali度假首選.第四，懸崖電梯下到海灘，私人沙灘的景色也不錯，就是曬得人熱熱的.最後，無需多言了，住就行.BTW，酒店的拖鞋很難穿，拖鞋和草帽都沒有帶走，不過很多細節上的用心，作為客人是感受到了。謝謝寶格麗巴釐，謝謝寶格麗的全體工作人員，對於你們誠懇以及熱情的服務表示敬意.

美輪美奐 有遺世獨立 處於懸崖絕壁之上 又有美食和完美周到的服務。西餐廳氛圍拉滿 美味 衹是七道 用時三個小時 實在是有點長。應該會再次打卡的地方。最喜歡 電梯下到海邊中間的平台 可以一個人盡享 海風吹過 看海浪一波波 十分美妙。私人泳池是每次回房後休息的好去處。衹是房間動向有點不便，對我個人而言。是一個應該花三五天呆的地方。

二刷寶格麗，但是這一次的提早不怎麼樣。衹能説普通，比不上這個價位的酒店。
缺點：1.辦完入住之後在酒店前台，等車接送去房間，等了將近20分鐘。
2. 床單明顯骯臟，叫打掃衞生來清理，又等了20分鐘才來清理。
3. 泳池小沒關係，但是明顯很臟，非常多的小污垢，顆粒物，泡了十分鐘全身癢。
4. 躺在椅子上休息，不知道哪裡來的小車，尾氣特別重，又特別吵，吸了10分鐘尾氣，在小庭院裏。
5. 入住時候説早餐説菜單上的全部免費，當我要點的時候説我點的個別需要另外付費，沒有這個服務為什麼要誇大呢？而且總體來説種類不多，味道一般般。
優點：景色確實不錯，環境也沒話説。
