Great value for money at the Grand Palace! The staff are absolutely wonderful as always smiling and greeting you. We had an issue with a musty smell in our first room and they immediately moved us to a new one. They also quickly fixed an AC issue we had. The location is great, walking distance to Icon Mall and shops. The hotel is a little older, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread is decent enough.

The only’ grand’ in this hotel is front exterior entrance, but inside there is nothing impressive: small reception and hall , where smelled paint, because some renovation works were in process.The room is average, one queen bed 🛌 is quite soft and clean, there’s a back door outside to the pool or restaurant, if choose the first floor.The bathroom is not big, all the necessary toiletries are carefully placed. The fridge was a bit noisy at night . The pool is long , but not deep (1,1 m), the fresh towels are provided. The breakfast is simple, but delicious, not much meat, just short chicken sausages. The location is not perfect, but easy to reach some convenient stores, money exchanger and night market , where one can buy fresh local fruits and meals for funny prices. Stay cool and enjoy your holidays in Bali!

While the hotel itself is comfortable and situated in a prime location convenient to everything, it's the staff that makes this place truly special. From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive. The front desk team was so welcoming, and every interaction we had was positive. We only had breakfast in the hotel, and the food selection was the similar each day, it could have added more of the varieties or have added some local dishes. Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay!

They are under constructions and no notice at all with the situation . Have been serviced terribly and none refundable when we complained the construction made mess and unsafe to our children won’t come to Bali again at all

Staying for so so many times since 2018 till 2025. Room is big, clean, especially bathroom. Location is close too everything.

Great location as it was close to the harbour. Staff were amazing, nice pool and breakfast. H
