The Samaya Ubud

La mejor experiencia de Bali y su hospitalidad. Desde la ubicación, hasta el paseo en carro de golf, desde el maravilloso desayuno, almuerzo y cena hasta la naturaleza, fue una experiencia que nos dejó felices por dentro. Hay transporte gratuito al centro de Ubud a la hora designada. Las villas en sí son preciosas, la nuestra tenía vista a la montaña y me encantó la vista matutina del volcán Batur. La piscina privada y el jacuzzi fueron fantásticos para estar activo. La comida se sirve deliciosamente con el mejor servicio de Bali con una sonrisa. Me sentí siempre como en casa con su excelente hospitalidad. Las opciones de desayuno son fantásticas, aunque no almorzamos, la experiencia de la cena fue de primera categoría. El té también fue una buena sorpresa. Nos ayudaron a organizar un buen recorrido por Ubud y sus alrededores y el último día disfrutamos de la sesión de fotos gratuita y nos encantó. La atención brindada a sus necesidades es lo mejor que disfrutamos. Como mi esposa es vegetariana, siempre recordaron brindar las recomendaciones correctas (tienen un menú vegetariano separado). En general, nuestra estadía en "The Samaya, Ubud" fue la mejor decisión para 2022. Siempre lo recomendaré para una estadía en Ubud.

Friendly and personable service

We really enjoyed our stay with our 1.5 years old. All the staff are very attentive and friendly! We stayed there for 4 days and we were so relaxed. The resort is very quiet and peaceful. And don’t forget to try their spa!! It was soooooo good!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at The Samaya Ubud. We spent 3 nights at the Ayung Villa and did not want to leave! The villa is very spacious, clean and well maintained – with just the right balance between modern and Balinese style decor. The bathroom is huge and equipped with a private jaccuzi. There is also a 1.8m-deep private swimming pool that is quite large. The hotel consists of a number of villas and they are a fair distance away from the reception area, but a buggy service is provided to transport guests back and forth from their villas. The Samaya Ubud has a beautiful scenery and is centrally located, it is only about 15-minute drive away from local attractions such as the Ubud Monkey Forest and Saraswati Temple. A free shuttle service from the hotel to Ubud Central is provided. The service was impeccable, every single one of the staff that we met during our stay was extremely friendly and helpful. We had informed the hotel that we were visiting Bali to celebrate my birthday / our honeymoon, and they provided us with complimentary wine, decorated our room with flowers, and even surprised me with a cake on my birthday (right after we checked out & just before we left!) We felt very well looked-after throughout our stay here and we could tell that they truly served from the heart. One of the highlights of our stay was the romantic candlelit dinner at the Swept Away restaurant overlooking the Ayung River. The 7-course dinner was delicious, and the staff were very attentive throughout the dinner. We couldn’t finish everything and they helped to pack the remaining food and delivered them to our room. The dinner set up was very beautiful – the staff went above and beyond with the set up, placing 100 candles around the dining area, even at the riverbank! They also kindly helped us take many photos and videos to capture this unforgettable moment. We really loved our stay at The Samaya Ubud, and we are hoping to go back there one day. We highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a place to stay in Ubud, especially for couples! Thank you very much for your hospitality, The Samaya Ubud Team, sukses selalu!!! 😊

酒店坐落於烏布山林中，住客酒店內步行即可至Ayung River河畔，輕鬆享受河邊美景，並且可以在河邊做SPA放鬆。早餐廳享有秀麗的大片稻田景觀，Villa有管家服務，且泳池很乾凈。酒店還有免費的晨間漫步活動，非常贊。略顯不足的是房間內設施略顯老舊，部分設施衞生狀況還有進一步提升空間。

堪稱完美的一家酒店，入住samaya之前住的是三四倍價格的ayana villa，samaya的服務、餐飲完全不輸，細緻入微，特別推薦samaya的餐廳，完勝烏布其他所有餐廳，炒蔬菜甚至有鍋氣，最大程度滿足中國胃
