Property is nice but pathetic maintenance. Roof in the bathroom was leaking. Cabinets were broken. Dirty bedsheets.

Needed a place to stay for the afternoon before catching a flight for the afternoon so I looked for the cheapest villa with private pool around me and ended up there. So laughable...worst place I ever stayed at. I thought it was a hidden camera show at first 🤣 Everything is completely decaying, like Chernobyl decaying, like a dead town. Holes in the floor, rubbish everywhere, grass not cut, dirty bathroom. There were two staff lying by the pool of my villa, smoking cigarettes when I took the villa 🤣🤣🤣 No idea how this place is still open and operating

I recently stayed at a villa in Bali and was appalled by the experience. Despite the promising photos and descriptions online, the reality was far from satisfactory. Cleanliness: The villa was shockingly dirty. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an overwhelming stench of mold and mildew. The floors were sticky, and the bathrooms were filthy, with hair and grime in the sinks and showers. The bedding had visible stains, and it was clear that the linens hadn't been changed. The kitchen was a disaster, with dirty dishes left in the sink and a refrigerator that smelled foul. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one that is supposed to offer a luxurious experience. Staff Behavior: The staff's behavior was equally disappointing. They were unprofessional and unaccommodating, showing a complete lack of interest in their guests' comfort. Requests for basic services like clean towels or fresh linens were met with rude responses and significant delays. One staff member even had the audacity to raise their voice when we pointed out the issues with cleanliness. Their dismissive and hostile attitude made the stay even more unbearable. Overall Experience: The combination of poor cleanliness and unprofessional staff behavior made our stay at this villa a nightmare. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout our visit. I strongly advise anyone considering this villa to look elsewhere. There are plenty of beautiful and well-maintained accommodations in Bali with courteous and professional staff. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and avoid this villa at all costs.

Location wise is ok. Need more improvements to increase the cleanliness and provide more amenities (drinking water, hair dryer, etc.)

Hugely disappointed upon arrival. Room is not like in the pictures. What a wasted opportunity as the villa is actually beautiful but just no longer maintained and clean.

The worst hotel ever! Dirty, old, the photos are fake and photoshop. We were disappointed and left it the next day, nobody returned money for the rest days though we tried. I guess the place is about to shut down and the owner doesn’t care about the image and reputation of the place but just to make extra easy money before closing(

別墅環境還可以，衞生條件太差了。隨處可見的上一任住客扔的紙沒撿！其他的看圖片！被罩和床單全是血漬，洗不掉就丟掉好嗎？都這樣了還要給客人用？攜程上預訂完還不能退！就這樣怎麼睡？還好我出門自己有帶一次性的床品，但是想想都噁心，鋪上自己的也沒睡好！一晚上不敢翻身！傢俱掉漆比較嚴重，外面小泳池也不是很乾凈，沒下去遊！晚上院子燈多數都是不亮的，比較黑暗！對了，還有就是房間淋雨沒有熱水的，怎麼放都沒有熱水！晚上到的時候沒有，第二天中午走之前放還是沒有，兩側放都沒有熱水洗不了澡！前台十點多就沒人了，想借一個轉換插頭找不到人！如果可以打掃的乾乾淨淨的再貴一點也能接受！浪費這麼好的環境了！

BAD EXPERIENCE STAY HERE, KULKAS GA ADA, kamar mandi kran nya bocor, kompor ga bener, semua ga ada yg bener deh MENDING JANGAN STAY DSINI kata gua mah 🥲🥲 karyawan judes semua kaya males 😂

房間花撒是壞的 空調也不能用

大堂昏暗，登記入住就一個工作人員，平價原因就是別墅殘舊，優点就是地方寬闊，泳池夠大。

衞生：太臟太臟了

In such a beautiful country with warm amazing people these are the most disgusting ,dirty and run down villas in the whole of bali.Do not book this decapitated hovel.This is the worst resort I have ever experienced and it isn't worth one star

booked and paid with confirmation through agoda. Arrive at the property, the staff said its full booked, the staff asking to contact agoda to get full refund. So silly, talked with the manager even doesn’t get any result. Hands gave up. Be careful, this is not the first time happened. it happens many times as the staff said. unlucky if you can’t get your money back. because its refundable.

Bed bugs and mould in every mattress, beware! Please don’t make the same mistake we did, arriving at 3am to an uninhabitable villa with 3x kids. We were forced to find another hotel at 3am and manager Richard Pak refused to provide a refund. Things the worst Bali hotel/ Villa experience we’ve had after many years coming to Bali. I have photos and videos of the bed bugs crawling over the mattress if you want to see 🤯
