This was a great find on our Indonesia trip. It was hard to book hotels near Christmas Eve, but this hotel saved our lives, and it was great! Book it on time, and you will have an amazing time! The hotel had great service thanks to all the staff, great food, and many options for breakfast. We didn't try dinner or lunch, but the menu seems nice, and they had live music too at night. In general, all the amenities were great; they have a great gym and nice pool areas. The location is not great, but it is near a harbor. That said, near the harbor, you can find amazing restaurants, a great cafe, an amazing Muslim lamb local food place, and also other busy local restaurants that serve a fish local dish. They have great hotel taxi services, but Grab will also work fine. They also have a great spa; we had an amazing massage there. They have a service to the Beach everyday! That was great

Located in the quieter part of Sanur, which was what we wanted. Close to everything we needed. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was sufficient with staff cooking fresh pancakes and eggs to your liking.

在烏布位置離猴子森林公園很近，有點快捷酒店的感覺，附近很熱鬧，方便。烏布入住兩個酒店，這個是推薦的。價格適中，有快捷酒店的標準。

- 사누르 해변까지 오토바이로 약 5분거리 - 나는 카이트 서핑을 즐기기 위해 사누르 지역에 있었는데 해변이랑 가깝고 호텔 입구에 큰 슈퍼 마켓이 있어서 장기 숙박하는 사람에게 매우 좋음 - 그리고 주변에 음식점이나 라이브 바가 많아서 조용하게 휴식을 보내기에는 최상의 위치

To say we were surprised is an understatement. We arrived late and the staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms are spacious and the aircon is good. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast is ok, but there are many restaurants around if you want something different. It’s central and easy to get to the beach and many markets. It’s a very traditional Bali style hotel, a little old but that makes it more quirky. A very feel good place to stay.

This was our third stay here and once again we could not fault it. Really great friendly staff who keep the Resort spotless. Perhaps a little dated, but because of the Villa style this seems to add to the character of the place. Good basic breakfast, but plenty of it. Location is unbeatable. Looking to book again in November. We simply can't find a genuine fault.

We moved to Sativa Sanur after a one night stay elsewhere. We managed to get a twin room on the ground floor, with a walk-in shower (room 102). The room was large, clean and had a nice patio. Beds were comfortable too. Sadly no safe, but there are lock boxes available at reception. The hotel has a spa, lovely gardens and an amazing pool. Very child friendly and guests from all over the world. Buffet breakfast in their restaurant was good but we didn't see many guests eating there at night. Helpful staff and nothing was too much trouble. We were moved to another room when our air con failed. Sativa Sanur is excellent value, close to the main road but still quiet. Needs lights on the drive as it's pitch black to walk there at night. 10 minutes drive from the heart of Sanur with lots of great places to eat within 5 mins walk of the hotel. It also has a mini mart at the end of the drive. Would I go back? Definitely.

Second time we have stayed here and we were very pleased we did. Breakfast is basic, but very fresh and really all you need. From continental to a good fry up. Rooms are a little dated, but extremely large, with the ground floor villas having a massive balcony. Cleaned daily with the option of fresh linen. Large, well kept pool, (with pool towels) and grounds. As with all Balinese resorts, very friendly staff. Location is unbeatable for beach, restaurants and bars, but remaining very quiet in the resort. We have stopped in many places in Bali and this would rate one of the best. Booked again for April.

Sativa is superb. Staff, room, food, surroundings are just beautiful. No beach access, but you can walk to the roundabout down the road and go to beach that way. But, who needs to, if you have a lovely pool with plenty of space, chairs, etc. There is a convenience store next door, which is very handy to have. There are restaurants in the street, local markets selling anything from clothes to sunglasses. It is a well priced Hotel with breakfast included. There is some buffet, and the staff will cook your eggs to order. We miss the beautiful staff there, they are very special. The Hotel itself is very well maintained, too.

This hotel is good for long term stays on a budget. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately during our stay they were renovating the swim up pool bar so there was no bar available. I think because of this there wasn’t much socialising at the hotel so no holiday vibe. The pool was very warm and not refreshing at all. Rooms are very basic but had good air conditioning. We had a ground floor pool access room. The shower is over a deep bath, luckily it was not slippery. The grounds are well maintained and while there was a lot of mozzies they did spray the grounds the day before left. Yes the room was tired but many hotels, especially locally owned, are still recovering from lack of income during Covid and are just starting to update facilities. These are the people that need the support. In saying this, you get what you pay for and for the price I think it was fair. I wish them well and hope they will continue to flourish now that tourists are back in Bali.

I absolutely loved my stay here and will definitely be coming back Here my list of favourites - the pool was great and was never too cold - the rooms were well sized and very peaceful - the fridge and aircon was quiet - the food was very good and low price, all you can eat buffet for 75,000 rupiah every morning - located very close to restaurants, shops and markets, grocery store right next door!! So convenient - sanur is a very friendly area and lots of good people around, very quiet compared to other suburbs such as Kuta - friendly staff and cleaners clean your room everyday - hotel is well taken care of and looks great it’s all very nice and clean - lots of taxi drivers located on the road outside the hotel with good prices - close walk to the beach - the walls block a lot of sound; when we had people stay in the room next to and above us we could hardly hear them Only downsides in my opinion - the beds are a bit hard - the toilet flushes are loud Super ideal for family’s because rooms next to each other connect by a door (the door can only be opened from your room and not the other side) so they could be kept open if you have kids in room next door to you
