酒店衞生搞的不錯，打車去烏布市中心15分鐘左右，就是位置不太好找，需要經過一個巷子，酒店人員很有禮貌，房間佈置的非常漂亮，公共設施有些少，晚上再有點活動那就更好了，早點是點餐制的，味道不錯！

房間裏面蒼蠅亂飛有點接受不了，地面也不乾淨。而且隔音非常差，隔壁説話聽得很清楚！浴室設計的完全沒有私隱連親子都不適合！住慣了五星級和高奢酒店的千萬不要嘗試了就衹是圖片還行！就值五百塊頂天

環境優雅且安靜，非常適合發呆。 就是門不大好找，在一條小巷子裏，司機剛開過來的時候一度以為開錯了🤣 下雨天要小心點，台階如果有青苔的話，會有點滑，小心點就行。 整體不錯，值得再次入住。

不喜歡敞開的浴室以及獨立一個不通風的廁所，説實話，上廁所的時候有點害怕，其它還OK。早餐是西式的點餐制，味道不錯，帶小孩了也沒有額外加錢。風景確實不錯，能看到日落和晚霞。很涼快，吹着風很舒服。泳池水深且不大，沒有下水。每天有幾個班次的班車可接送到市區，總的來説性價比還可以。

Хороший отель, один минус - это прохладный бассейн который выход из номера.

Amazing stay in the heart of the jungle with a friendly staff and lovely view , breakfast on the terrace is a must do not to mention the spa with the jungle view , don’t hesitate to come it’s actual the second time we come to the hidden paradise with the help of our friend ODE

We are a 75 years old couple. We hired the honeymoon suite with private plunge pool. The pool was not to much bigger than a bath tube. There was not a dressing room (only a small cabinet, no pants press, no tea/coffee maker (only electric kettle, no safety deposit box in the room and no laptop safe as advertised by booking. The unit is located not on ground floor as advertised, but under the ground floor, more precisely under the garden like a bunker. To get to the unit one have to get down by steep steps with no railing, which was difficult for my 75 years old lady.

The place is tranquil, beautiful and well taken care of. The rooms are spectacular, well furnished and quiet. The best of our stay was the service, Ode Naves, was brilliant. He helped us with absolutely everything and anything, a beautiful gift of our stay. The daily yoga with Wayan was magical and uplifting, a great way to start each day! You would be extremely satisfied with a stay here.

Had a very nice stay at The Hidden Paradise Ubud. The personal is very friendly and helpful. Ode was really attentive and provided excellent service. The view is breathtaking, the rooms are nice and clean. And I really enjoyed the food and massage. Tip: book the (third party) cooking class with the hotel!

This place is really a paradise. The hotel is very nice, calm and clean with a/c and good internet connection. The garden and the design of external places are nicer than on the photos. Our room had a private terrace, which was full of plants and we were greeted with birdsongs every morning :) Everybody from the staff was helpful and kind. I would like to point out Dwi who during our stay there made our days beautiful with her kindness. Every person from the staff was wery nice but unfortunately can’t remember all the names. I am sad to leave this place and hope to come back in the future :) Thank you all :) Dori(from Hungary)

The hotel is a paradise with a very welcoming and professional staff. The rooms are beautiful and each one of them is unique. The staff is the friendliest I've ever seen - Dwi is the kindest waitress and Ode is the most helpful receptionist - they were always welcoming us with a cheerful smile in the morning :) The food is great and includes both Indonesian and Western couisine and the massage is also recommended - it was one of the most relaxing I've ever had.
