Excellent boutique hotel in Ubud! Fantastic service, atmosphere, rooms, and food! Amazing stay, and would definitely stay here again!

We loved the size of the room and we had a free upgrade to a canopy suite from a garden suite as per requested. We have also received a birthday cake for my daughter as we were celebrating her birthday💕 I loved how the staff were all so friendly towards my daughter! We could really feel the balinese culture from the staff. The bathtub though? Not sure if its hygienic, we didn’t dare to use it as it was made of wood and there was a little bit of water left in the bathtub. I m not sure of the reason. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. Food in the restaurants were not too bad.

Everything is perfect here except for the uninvited monkeys into the Villa compound. Love this hotel so much especially the location and the food. But the monkey is a super turn off. As we booked the private villa and it’s there everyday, we didn’t really use the pool - which is a shame. Even our in room dining, we are eating hurriedly at the living area - don’t even dare to enjoy it at the pool. After eating - there is a super urgency to hide the remnants and get the staff to collect it back. Stress.. Without the monkey visiting the villa - it’s a 10/10 rating.

Perfect Japanese-style hotel, with an amazing breakfast, an internal forest, and an infinity pool.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. We love its location and the services provided. The staff are awesome! The hotel has beautiful rooms that look like villas, very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast can not be missed! So yummy in my tummy! Everything is within walking distance. Great places to eat, shop, and go for massage. If I go Bali, this is where I will stay. Thank you, BISMA EIGHT!

Hotel is a bit old. Service is ok. Don’t feel it’s a 5 star hotel with the room and hotel facilities and surrounding environment. A 4 star maybe.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious. Every room has a balcony or terrace. The Pool area is also nice, the infinity pool is great to take pictures. The service at the restaurant could be improved, the staff was not really attentive. It took us 15min to order and another 20min to get a drink served.

A receção do hotel encontra-se em obras, mas isso não afetou de maneira nenhuma a nossa estadia! O hotel é tal e qual as fotos se não for ainda melhor! Tudo super bem cuidado, seja no interior ou no exterior e o serviço é incrível! Amenities muito bons, pequeno-almoço muito healthy e completo (recomendo os ovos benedict, as panquecas de banana ou os wafles) e claro, a piscina, é realmente um sonho!

優點：1.別墅設計非常好，現代簡約風格，佈局和軟裝都大愛；2.兩個卧室的別墅，適合成年子女帶父母旅行;3.服務不錯，雖然衹住了一晚，也沒有遇到問題需要服務員解決，但服務員很熱情；4.早餐很豐盛。早餐單點，但種類多，還可以多點一些，餐廳衹針對別墅住客，服務周到。 不足：1.地理位置沒有很優越。看着好像比前一晚的瑪雅酒店離市中心近，但其實並沒有，別墅要比酒店離烏布皇宮遠。但離網紅餐廳pison和spa店近。有得有失吧；2.二層卧室夜晚有持續性的噪音，類似空調機得大型設備運轉。因為自己本身當天較難入睡，加上噪音導致整晚沒咋睡。

飯店本身是中規中矩的Villa，服務還算可以親切早餐事先店先做的然後位子的部分我覺得可能就是離主要要逛的地方就沒那麼方便比較偏一點。但是我覺得這間飯店讓我有一點不太能接受的就是他villa二樓的部分，很潮濕，有一些潮濕的味道。然後床單也不是很舒服。我覺得以這樣的價格我可能加一些住好一點的，或是選便宜一點的住一般的民宿

位置不錯，離皇宮近，離yoga barn什麼的都很近，打個摩託車10-15分鐘就都到了 衞生還行，但是我入住的時候不知道從哪粘到兩根長頭髮…… 早餐單點，每個人一個主菜一個前菜，實際上可以多點一份，味道不錯 房間還可以吧，但整體要2500一晚就不值得了

房間寬敞舒適，設計感十足，陽台看出去就是一片綠意盎然的雨林，早上醒來特別治癒。員工服務也非常貼心，每個人都非常友好有禮。酒店的無邊泳池不大但下面是森林好評，泳池邊有pool bar。位置也很方便，離烏布中心不遠但又足夠安靜。

飯店的房間很大且舒適，特別是客廳的空間讓人非常的放鬆。浴室裡頭的超大木桶浴缸，真的是非常特別的設備，稍微可惜的是晚間大量用水時段，水會不夠熱，泡起澡來會有點冷。整體的環境很舒適，早晨在庭院中散步和坐在無邊境的泳池旁發呆，很享受。飯店的備品味道很好，很討人喜歡。早餐很好吃，但份量偏小。

酒店啲早餐好好食，酒店啲健身房都好好 酒店啲設施亦都好好同埋酒店嘅安保亦都好好所以我建議大家可以去希望大家可以多啲去
