TS Suites Seminyak Bali

I received the warmest welcome from staff on arrival to TS Suites. The facilities are fantastic, with a gym and beautiful infinity pool. As a solo traveller, the hotel offered 2 breakfasts throughout the day, as per the booking, which was a nice addition. They also offer free shuttle service to the beach and late checkout. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel , location in Seminyak , the hotel is in a one way street however the street is busy can hear scooters mainly going and coming by , (was loud unfortunately ). Service is excellent very friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was good, massage service very affordable, the pool hours was great. Cleanliness was good. Cons about hotel , Spa could be a little deeper and warmer, there needs to be more lights in the room , floorboards need upgrading/fixing in the Villa, found the outdoor/indoor shower and toilet look very odd , no privacy and windy in 2nd room , beds are not comfortable . Note- the cons is me being very specific , overall loved our stay recommend.

Super big room and the service is simply impeccable. Cleanliness was alright too. From being greeted with wet towels to freshen up to helping us with the luggages and assisting us to stop traffic to cross the street across, which btw is so convenient. There’s a convenience store right opposite the hotel and it’s a really good location as bars and restaurants are nearby as well. There’s also a pharmacy right beside the convenience store. I personally enjoyed my stay here throughly and so did my mum. She never had anything to complain about even tho she is not easily happy. Thank you to the wonderful staff and lovely hotel

The staff is super helpful and friendly all the time. Service is an easy 5/5. The hotel is located around 1km from the beach, but every hour there is a shuttle going from the hotel lobby and back, so going to the beach is no problem. Another thing worth mentioning is the all day breakfast that i have never seen before in a hotel. The breakfast is generally good, but if you stay longer i would wish for more variety in different food. Every day it’s more or less the same, just small differences. But other than that the hotel is very nice and i would stay again.

The hotel is best and staff is so friendly and very clean, comfortable.

Whatever you do. Don’t do it, go stay at another place in the same price bracket. We stayed for 7 nights and almost every night something went wrong. 1. The rooms don’t have a lock on them leading directly to the pool. So if you’re there with your kids and worried about their safety, don’t stay here. 2. Our kids got into the pool and a minute or two after getting out, a giant slab of stone fell into the pool guaranteed to kill an adult let alone a child. Feedback from management? “We’re really sorry but compensation goes against our policies, but we can give you some cocktails” 3. The food is abysmal, I kid you not - the oil is so old it is sour and the pizza crust is harder than the table it gets served on. I’d argue half of what is served is simply not fit for human consumption let alone a 5 star experience. 4. Everything is broken and outdated. We’re in the most expensive room in the hotel and my foot just about goes through the deck, the fan sounds like it will come off, the tiles from the pool are coming off and everything is in dire need of replacement. 5. You pay for a 5 star hotel that supposedly has a pool table and you let your kids, who know how to play pool play on it. Only for the manager to pop by and tell you in a condescending tone that they simply aren’t old enough to responsibly play such a game. When my wife asked why it wasn’t mentioned on their website, the response was “well you came to stay at a hotel, not play in a billiards tournament”. The disconnect between the business and the customer is immeasurable. 6. Lastly, that nice pool you paid for? The pump won’t work on the daily and you’ll find “dead fly soup” every time you want to get in. When you call them to tell them, there’s a solid half an hour wait. In conclusion, the hotel is dated to death, the local staff are nice but management is a joke and if you are anything that remotely resembles a family, for the love of sweet baby Jesus - stay away.

I was a bit confused as it was not the room I had originally booked, but the manager handled it well and I enjoyed my stay. All the staff are friendly and approachable. The meals were generally delicious. The rooftop pool is absolutely fantastic!
