Valoraciones de Balangan Paradise Hostel and Restaurant

El personal era amable y servicial. Nos alojamos en una parte muy tranquila de Uluwatu, por lo que la playa no estaba llena. Hermosa vista de la puesta de sol cada noche.

No había agua en la habitación, estaba en medio de la nada. Pedimos la cancelación y el reembolso porque literalmente no salía agua del lavabo, la ducha ni la cisterna. Se negaron a reembolsarnos y trip.com no nos ayudó, dijeron que «el propietario se negó a reembolsarnos», así que si reservan un hotel sin agua, trop.com se pondrá del lado del hotel en lugar del cliente. Buena suerte para ustedes.

Balangan paradise Is not a paradise like u see in the picture....The Hostel Is in the middle of no where, they Say with restaurant but Is not true, there Is no restaurant in the hostel, there Is One near by but Is open at 12.00 PM....The area Is full of Dogs ,most of them without owner, so they make a lot of noise during the day and especially in the night. The room Is quite Nice to be and hostel, the Bathroom no, small and Dirty. They didn t change my blanket for 3 days...The only thinks good of this Place Is that Is really near by the beach, good for surfing, there Is a really nice wiew of the Island. The staff Is friendly and kind and Also the local people around are Nice and kind.

За эти деньги и за это расположение отличный вариант. Да, это хостел, но до пляжа пройти буквально одну минуту. Было чисто и безопасно

Personne à notre arrivée ? , endroit inquiétant , chambre non préparée insalubre nauséabonde dégoûtante . Comment est ce possible de recommander un « hôtel qui se dit paradis! » ? Chiens partout ménage non fait , cigarette et bouteilles de bières partout c’était horrible. Nous sommes repartis rapidement et notre chauffeur de taxi nous a trouvé un hôtel digne d’un hôtel ! Pourquoi vous ne vérifiez pas les hôtels avant de les proposer ! C’est scandaleux ! Et impossible de se faire rembourser ?? Pourquoi le site ne propose pas quand nous sommes très insatisfait de le faire savoir ? Nous ne passerons plus par Trip.com Dommage notre arrivée c’était de nuit et j’étais tellement choquée que je n’ai pas eu le temps de faire des photos , je voulais vite partir ! Je vous propose de vous rendre à cet endroit et surtout à cet hôtel pour constater l’horreur ! Salutations
