Valoraciones de Pullman Bali Legian Beach

El personal era amable y atento, pero el hotel era muy antiguo. A pesar de que había sido renovado, las habitaciones tenían un olor húmedo y almizclado. También había muchos mosquitos en las habitaciones.

Disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en el hotel. El desayuno podría haber estado mejor organizado porque estaba repartido por toda la zona, por lo que no es fácil hacerse una idea de todo lo que había disponible. Además, la sesión de fotos gratuita en el hotel estuvo bien, pero era demasiado cara porque queríamos obtener versiones digitales de todas las fotos tomadas.

My room very humid and smelly due to raining season. Overall the hotel service is good.

First night they gave me a room at the main road, which was rude! I checked in very late and was just tired! After checking my reservation again I found out that I booked a room with garden- poolview! So they gave me one - after complaining! Guys, be careful there!

Upgraded to ocean view villa. Across from beach view was great. BUT. Motorcycles on the main streets are super loud. People playing fireworks 1:20am. Super wet, AC not working properly. Put flash light in the AC found mold. I use Pullman through out the world and wish they could done better with such a fabulous resort like this. Such as double sided window to seal the sound and also check their equipment before renting out to people.

Good hotel for families. Close to beach and attraction. Good and clean hotel.

Security is good. Suggest to improve the cleanliness and find the best solution to stop mosquitoes from biting us.

Definitely not 5 star resort or hotel whatever you wanna call it. People who book 5 stars places expects cold beverages in their room fridge not have to request them. Asking a deposit on check in for future food and beverage is pathetic. 99% people staying there were international travellers and all used credit card method for payments. Why don’t you just charge them on check out! Lets get to other amenities- Ground floor pool is very basic and top level pool is not permitted for families with kids, could do better there. Room cleaning level are basic, no vacuuming or mopping only sweeping. Dust everywhere . No Ac’s in lifts is stupid in bali weather. Food was good (5stars) but selection is very short. Needs more variety. Evening movie on big screen in the garden is a plus, definitely recommended. location is really good and handy for short walks. Staff could be more welcoming, Bali tropic nusa dua staff was much more welcoming and friendly . Room tv needs updating, Its 2024 every tv should have apps . Apps like youtube, netflix etc. so kids can be busy . Worse one was , when room service refused to provide more than 2 plates per room without charge even though they know there is 3 people staying in the room. Hows the third person (3yr old) going to eat. At last Premium location, premium price needs premium service. Thx
