La ubicación es estratégica y de fácil acceso. Habitación muy limpia y completa. Necesidad de mejorar el sabor y el menú del desayuno.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke great English, however air-conditioning wasn't very good and the towels looked dirty and had holes in them and the toilet seat was broken

It was hard to find and place was very dark at night.
The room was like the pictures but the pictures were taken long time ago. Now everything was very dirty and smelly. Bedsheets had marks, bathroom was very nasty.
We had a frog in the room.
We directly booked another hotel didn’t stay there.

This was a really bad place. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. There is no cleaning service or your room. They haven’t done any maintenance to their rooms. The place stinks all around. They put the garbage out for everyone to see and that add’s to the stink. The staff members were screaming and laughing so loud after midnight that I had to go ask them to be quiet two times. One of my worst places I stayed at.
