El servicio es muy bueno, el personal es muy amable, la casa es un edificio sobre pilotes y el área de lavado está al aire libre detrás de la habitación. En conclusión, el hotel estaba limpio, el personal fue amable y pude pasar un tiempo muy cómodo, por lo que me gustaría volver a usarlo.
Los jardines están dispersos y el ambiente es muy bueno. Allí se cosecha el arroz que se utiliza en el restaurante.
Usa MANSIÓN UMA. La habitación estaba muy limpia y nueva. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, con terraza, cama y cuarto de baño con bañera.
Lo usé en un día de silencio, pero el hotel me preparó algunas actividades, así que pude pasar cómodamente.
El servicio de transporte es fácil de usar y muy amigable. Si nos dices tu destino, te enviaremos allí. Dependiendo de la hora del día, organizarán tanto la ida como la vuelta.
Si le dices al conserje qué restaurantes recomiendas y qué quieres hacer, ellos lo arreglarán por ti.

This is my favorite hotel of all time. The staff here are absolutely fantastic. The front desk, the drivers, the waitstaff, the gardeners, and the cleaning crew are all absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great stay.
The rooms are spacious and very clean. The AirCon works well and keeps you cold. The Jr Suite has two balconies each with a fantastic view.
The amenities are wonderful. The pool is nice and cold. The rice patty field are great to walk through and watch the wild life. My son loved the storks.
Breakfast was great. It was a la cart and you could order multiple dishes. We loved the restaurant and ended up ordering room service multiple times. The Indonesian food is especially nice.
One of my favorite aspects of the hotel was the shuttle service which would pick you up and drop you off anywhere along route specified by the hotel. Most of the major attractions in Ubud are along this route. Really fantastic service. Saved us a ton of money.
Our family is very sad to leave this hotel but we will come back again when we visit Bali next time.

Environment is peaceful if you get ‘correct’ room during stay. Environment: We stayed room no -101(Ground floor), next to drain and strong smell we could not enjoy sitting on balcony sofa. Requested for room change upon seeing the situation after check-In as the upper rooms were still available then. We were not assigned after staff communicated our need with coordinator.
Dine : Breakfast was good, swimming pool clean.
Location : Far from Ubud town and other attractions of Ubud. Hotel buggy / car transport us to town ( free): Monkey Forest & Ubud market square using a whatsapp number to communicate.

Stunning facility - beautiful clean big rooms with 2 sided windows. Shuttle to take you into town. Afternoon tea and snacks for free. and Breakfast that you can order off the menu along with buffet. Highly recommend Kajane if you plan to stay in Ubud

The hotel is perfect, we enjoyed staying there.
All the staff is amazing providing the best service, always ready to help.
Breakfast is fantastic!!! Pool is 4m, never got a chance to touch the floor 😄

Nice view of hotel with rice fields inside of hotel. Free shuttle bus is available from 7am to 10pm. Staffs are very nice and room conditions are acceptable with the price I paid.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Trisna, she was super attentive to our needs and never failed to smile every single time. Location is away from the town area and it is very peaceful and quiet especially at night.
