Higiene: El suelo de la recepción está sucio y siempre hay manchas de agua en la encimera de la recepción. Entorno: El pasillo está oscuro y la habitación es muy extraña. Hay un pilar de carga de 60 cm x 60 cm al lado de la cama. El pilar está cubierto de vidrio por todos lados, lo que a menudo hace que la gente piense que hay gente en la habitación. El aislamiento acústico suele empezar a las 4:30 cada mañana (en Indonesia, ya conoces el sonido). Servicio: La recepción y los camareros del restaurante fueron muy buenos, pero el encargado de la limpieza de la habitación no agregó los suministros necesarios (papel higiénico) a tiempo. The warm hospitality at this hotel truly stood out. The staff, especially Masmi, made me feel at home with their kindness and enthusiasm. Masmi always said hi with a smile, and tried to make sure we are well taken care of. The location is perfect: close to the airport, beaches, and plenty of restaurants and shops. My room was spacious and spotless. Overall I had such a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

This hotel is so comfortable and so quiet! I haven’t slept this well in a hotel in years! Also, the staff are super friendly, and the breakfast is top notch! I forgot to take pictures of the room, but the rooftop pool is relaxing, as is the front porch of the hotel. I enjoyed my breakfast while watching poor souls get soaked hahaha.

Misplaced my laptop at the hotel lobby and left. luckily it was found by a hotel guest and given to the hotel reception for safe keeping!

Arrived hotel at 2am. Only for a night. Didn’t enjoy too much in this hotel. Generally it’s a clean and nice hotel. Near to/from airport. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants.

Choose this hotel if you want to avoid traffic jams in Kuta, Canggu, Seminyak and Legian. It is strategically located, near stores, laundry etc. Very close to the airport, only US$2 by grab.

Stopover travel. Hotel under Marriott can do better for their service and attitude. The hotel was a transit hotel and luckily not more than a day stay. Wont be considering this again. Sofa and chair were not clean.

The hotel was great and service is excellent except tiny little issue due to the pest crawling around the mirror and the sink area. Otherwise all is good. Would prefer to stay at a higher level to see a better view.
