We stayed at Tamanu for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room was cozy and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect space to relax. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Fiona and Anthony did a fantastic job managing the resort — their attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. A special thank you to Anthony, who went above and beyond by personally returning our wallet after we accidentally left it behind in the room. We are truly grateful for such kindness and care. Highly recommend Tamanu for anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free getaway!

Muchos hoteles en Vanuatu no tienen aire acondicionado, y este también parece tener electricidad muy cara allí, por lo que los lugareños no están acostumbrados a usar aire acondicionado, las habitaciones son muy buenas, un edificio separado, la única desventaja es que hace calor 😅 y hay mosquitos

Friendly and helpful staff. The furniture is old and needs to be updated. Hot water is unstable, it was often necessary to rinse with cold water. A broken clock hung on the wall, which was very annoying. At night, small lizards run along the walls inside the bedroom and the ceiling, which made sounds, which is also not pleasant to hear at night. The pillows are long and hard. Dirt accumulated in the washing machine in the tank, which did not wash, but, on the contrary, stained the washed clothes.

We had a great stay in a studio apartment. Very spacious and a nice breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Staff are very friendly and it's a short walk to a big supermarket. Port Vila seafront was about a 20 minute walk.

Fantastic Family Stay – Even Better Than We Remembered! We spent 5 wonderful nights at Iririki Island Resort and absolutely loved our time there. Although we went into town for lunch and dinner a few times, we mostly stayed on the island and soaked in the beautiful surroundings. The kayaking and snorkeling were a highlight, especially thanks to Etella and Teraa—these two went above and beyond to look after our family and made the experience memorable. The ocean view villa was spacious, airy, and perfect for watching the fish swim right by our deck. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included halal chicken options, which we really appreciated. The staff catered to our dietary needs and made sure alcohol was left out, which meant we could enjoy every meal without worry. Only downside: they didn’t accept Amex and charged a 3% surcharge on Visa/MasterCard, which, combined with international bank fees, added up. Although we had a discount from Trip.com, we couldn’t really take advantage of it due to these charges. Next time, we’ll prepay online instead of using the “pay at hotel” option. This was our second visit to Port Vila after 13 years, and both the city and Iririki were just as magical as we remembered. A special shoutout to Taste of India in town—absolutely fantastic food! Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking to unwind in paradise.

Los que se mudaron de los jardines de Lagoon, el jefe se volvió a la zanja, y el mentiroso se volvió a la zanja, y no era lian. La recepción del hotel aquí oyó hablar de nuestras experiencias, indicando que el jefe era la persona así, y dijo que habían tenido varias olas de invitados que se mudaron de los jardines de Lagoon. De todos modos, la habitación del hotel es amplia y limpia, la luz es muy buena, la vista del balcón del segundo piso es excelente, el personal limpia la playa todos los días y hay muchas estrellas del mar en el agua. El hotel también ofrece kayak gratis, los jóvenes de la tienda se desplazan a menudo para jugar. Keven Paul es muy bueno en la recepción del hotel. Consideremos que estamos listos para salir, y recuerda que llueve. También nos prestó un alfombra de lluvia, y llueve en el camino de regreso. Eso es el desayuno que puede mejorar un poco más.

This hotel was perfect for my one night in Port Vila. The room was clean and comfy and they helped me with airport transfer even when my flight was last minute. The staff went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was looked after. Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone!

Disappointing for a reputable resort. It is very dated, needs an upgrade. Our Lagoon view room and a an adjoining door, the neighbours sounded like they were living in our room. Gym was old, torn equipment & malfunctioning. Room wasn’t ready at 4pm, breakfast kept running out of rentals such, milk, coffee, plates, teacups etc (staff were working hard), when wheeling luggage in path, surface is rough and dangerous. Staff were the exception to our experience, they were friendly and would go out of their way to help.
