Here are some additional rules and if you do not agree to them, and while we understand, this may not be the best rental for you. Renting constitutes agreement.-Maximum capacity is 6 total, no more than 4 adults (13 and older), exceptions are per owner agreement before booking. Additions are $50/night and may be asked to terminate the rental depending on the situation. Please respect the owner's request on numbers of adults. The property is on a septic and well; and it is not designed to host a lot of people.-No children under the age of 13 allowed in the Hot Tub. Hot tub is Adult only. You MUST complete the waiver before use (Adult making the reservation)-Pets result in a fine of $250 plus damages (owner has allergy). Additionally, rental agreement will be terminated immediately.-0 tolerance for parties.
