EPICUREAN KITCHENOur cozy kitchen area provides the essentials for preparing meals. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove with an oven. Several small appliances are also included, including a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, and crockpot. The cupboards are stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, silverware, Tupperware, mixing bowls, baking pans, a pizza stone, and muffin tins. In addition, the pantry is stocked with various spices, oils, teas, sugars, and creamers. Dining options include a dining room table with two chairs and a bench. Three bar stools at the kitchen island are available for a quick bite. A table with four chairs is available for a meal outside. Inside the pantry, you’ll find various spices, oils, teas, sugars, and creamers, as well as a stackable washer/dryer unit. LIVING ROOMThe living room is the perfect spot to kick back and relax. You’ll find a comfy couch right next to the wood-burning fireplace – ideal for curling up with a movie after a day of adventure. The couch opens up to a queen-sized sofa bed, giving you an array of sleeping arrangement options. Linens for this bed can be found in the downstairs bedroom closet. There’s a mounted TV with a Roku system, so you can easily log into your own Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and more. We also include a Nintendo Switch and some games (Mario Kart 8, Mario Party, and Just Dance 2020) to provide extra entertainment for all the gamers out there. As a compliment, we have Netflix available for you to enjoy.Just a heads-up: the upstairs bedroom is open to the living room below, so you might want to keep the volume down if you’re planning on any late-night news or binge-watching.BATHROOMSThere are two bathrooms in the condo, both with a shower-tub combination. Each one is stocked with in-shower shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so that you have one less thing to pack. We also provide Q-tips, makeup-removing wipes, and cotton rounds. Additionally, a hair dryer can be found in the downstairs bathroom drawer. BALCONY PATIONext to the kitchen, you can open the door wall and step onto a comfy balcony patio. There is a table and four chairs, as well as an oversized egg chair, so you can relax with a beverage, enjoy a meal, or cozy up with a good book during the warmer months. MASTER LOFT BEDROOMThe master bedroom is up in the loft, featuring a comfy queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Since the loft is open to the living room below, we’ve included a sound machine to help you block out any noise and get a great night’s sleep. There’s also a fan for added comfort. For convenience, you’ll find a luggage rack for your suitcase, a dresser for your clothes, and a closet to hang your garments. THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOMThe second bedroom is downstairs and comes with two twin beds, a big dresser, and a closet. Inside the closet, you’ll find extra linens for the sofa bed, plus an ironing board and iron. This room also has a TV with Roku, so you can stream your favorite apps or watch Netflix, which is provided. The blackout curtains will help you hibernate like the local black bears, and we’ve got a sound machine and fan in here too, for extra comfort. ENTRYWAYAs you enter our condo, you’ll find a wall rack to hang your lighter coats and purses, as well as hangers inside a coat closet for your bulkier items. Additionally, there are two boot trays for your shoes. On a small shelf in the coat closet you’ll find a few basic cleaning supplies in case you need them during your stay. SKI LOCKERRight outside the front door, you’ll find a handy ski locker – ideal for keeping your outdoor gear secure. In winter, it’s perfect for storing skis, boards, boots, and poles. In the summer, it’s great for fishing gear, golf clubs, and kids’ bikes. The ski locker is locked, and a code will be provided for you to use during your stay. PARKINGOur condo includes two unassigned parking spots for your convenience. During the winter months, you’ll need a gate code to access the condo and parking area, and we’ll make sure to send that to you before your stay. Additional parking can be found in the lots near the Mountain Inn. Keep in mind that these will require an uphill walk in order to reach The Retreat at Three Ridges. Three decks furnished with Polywood furniture offer stunning ridge views at every turn. The main level deck features an outdoor dining table and a propane gas grill, perfect for evening cookouts. The upper level deck is the spot for morning coffee with a view. The lower deck is home to the hot tub, where you can soak under the open sky after a day on the slopes or the trails. A charming gazebo tucked into the wooded surroundings provides a peaceful additional gathering space with its own atmosphere and LED accent lighting.THE MAIN LEVELThe heart of the cabin is the main level, which features an open living area with a wood-burning fireplace and Roku TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining area that comfortably seats the whole group. The primary bedroom on this level has a king bed, Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combo. A second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom are also on this level. An enclosed patio with seating and LED lighting gives you a comfortable outdoor option regardless of the weather. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level.THE UPPER LEVELThe upper level is designed for relaxing and recharging. A second living room with a wood-burning fireplace, Roku TV, two electric reclining couches, and a recliner makes it easy to unwind after a full day. A wine and coffee bar with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, mini-fridge, and sink means you never have to go far for your morning cup. A dining table for 4 and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair round out the level, making it functional for those who need to work remotely. The upper level deck has some of the most spectacular ridge views on the property.THE LOWER LEVELThe lower level is where Rockstar Ridge truly earns its name. A music-themed game room features a Victrola music player with albums, CDs, and cassettes, a pool table, foosball table, arcade game, and board games. It is the perfect space for groups to gather and have fun regardless of age. A third living room with a Roku TV provides additional lounging space. The hot tub is just outside on the lower deck. A mudroom with a custom bench and ski rack makes it easy to store gear, winter coats, and boots after a day at the slopes.THE KITCHENThe kitchen is fully stocked and ready for home-cooked meals. You will find cookware, a toaster, a crock pot, and everything needed to prepare meals for the whole group. A drip coffee maker and Keurig are available on the main level, with a second coffee setup in the upper level wine bar. A starter pack of K-cups is provided. Salt, pepper, and spices are stocked. Feel free to bring your favorites.WHAT WE PROVIDEWe provide sheets, blankets, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash bags as a starter kit. A seasonal community pool is located just 1 mile from the property and is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please note that the pool allows a maximum of 6 guests per booking. The guest who booked will need to show a valid ID to enter, and may bring up to 5 additional guests. Beyond the resort, the area offers a great selection of local breweries, cideries, wineries, and orchards, all within a short drive.
