Un hotel perfecto , que cuida todos los detalles, el recibimento al huésped , el desayuno íncreible , habitaciones con balcones con vistas , amabilidad , relax .....piscina y playa muy bonitas , cenas de gran calidad y muy variadas .... Tan solo queremos dejar un inconveniente; mala conexión con Corfú pueblo ( un transfer con poco horario )

Το διαχρονικό αυτό ξενοδοχείο της Κέρκυρας (μη συγχέεται με το Corfu Palace) βρίσκεται έναντι αεροδρομίου με όμορφη θέα προς εκείνο και τη λιμνοθάλασσα από τη μια και προς τον κήπο από την πίσω μεριά. Είναι ιδανικό για παρέες/ οικογένειες ως τρία άτομα σε ένα δωμάτιο. Τα δωματια είναι σχετικά ευρύχωρα, κατακάθαρα, χωρίς όμως αναγκαία ηχομόνωση. Ο εξοπλισμός σε τηλεόραση, πρίζες είναι ξεπερασμένος. Το μπάνιο είναι καλό με ακαλαίσθητης πόρτες (χωρίς ηχομόνωση επίσης). Λείπει μαλακτικό μαλλιών αν και το νερό της Κέρκυρας θεωρείται σκληρό. Το πρωινό είναι καλό και ο υπεύθυνος στην είσοδο τυπικός Έλληνας του τουρισμού, φιλόξενος και φιλότιμος (παλαιός κοπής).Ωραίος εξωτερικός χώρος και κήπος σε συνέχεια με τον χώρο πρωινού. Ο κήπος γενικότερα θα μπορούσε να είναι και πιο φροντισμένος και η παιδική χαρά πιο γενναιόδωρη για παιδιά (αλλά είναι αμφίβολο αν αυτή είναι η σκοπιμότητα του ξενοδοχείου). Η πισίνα, καθαρή με όμορφο αν και στενάχωρο περιβάλλοντα χώρο.Διαθέτει ναυαγοσώστη! Το μπαρ θυμίζει λίγο πλοίο στη γραμμή Ελλάδα-Ιταλία και θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο ευχάριστο και πολυτελές. Κρύος καφές αδιάφορος. Δεν δοκιμάσαμε το εστιατόριο, αλλά πλησίον του ξενοδοχείου δεν υπάρχει εστιατόριο ούτε για δείγμα. Η εσωτερική σάλα είναι λιτή και καθαρή. Ο χωρίς στάθμευσης επίσης οριακά επαρκής για το μέγεθος επισκεψιμότητας του ξενοδοχείου. Η ρεσεψιόν μάλλον χλιαρή και απρόσωπη. Η σχέση τιμής/ποιότητας είναι υποφερτή. Αλλά σίγουρα το ξενοδοχείο θέλει σύντομα αναβάθμιση για να ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή του.

Peor lugar que he tenido la mala suerte de estar en el hotel. La habitación era muy básica para decir lo menos. We just returned from our second visit to this beautiful hotel. We had five days last year and returned for seven days a couple of weeks ago. On both occasions we stayed in a Pavilion Retreat sea view room with a private deck and hot tub and we were half board with access to the Haute living room. For the most part we had an amazing time. Service is excellent across the board, rooms are clean and well maintained, food is excellent quality and the grounds are beautifully kept. However, we had a few ******* which I think the hotel should address. Firstly, we arrived on Friday, which is BBQ night in the 1962 restaurant (we were not aware of this prior to arriving). We were half board but the only dining options were to participate in the BBQ for an extra fifty euros per person or eat from the vegan menu. My partner had to had BBQ (which was not worth an extra fifty euros) and, as I'm vegetarian, I was forced to eat vegan. Although the hotel offered us 30 mins complimentary spa access it wasn't really enough to compensate for a disappointing meal. We booked both Korypho and Makris restaurants. Korypho offered very little vegetarian choice and I was given a bland risotto so I cannot recommend this. Makris offered NO vegetarian menu which made for a very awkward situation for us, the poor kitchen and the waiting staff. The hotel went out of their way to rectify this but be aware of this (I assumed since I'd made my dietary requirements known to them, this wouldn't be an issue) The Haute living room offers snacks throughout the day but I found I was not catered for. One day there was nothing vegetarian for me to eat and a request to the kitchen by our living room host was ignored. Furthermore, the food is not labelled correctly and although I spoke to reception about this, nothing changed. On one occasion I put a forkful of potato salad in my mouth and found it had tiny bits of bacon in. The only last point is regarding the toiletries in the room. Last year these were Byredo Le Chemin (which is made for the Luxury Hotel Group) so I was looking forward to using these. However, it seems Miramare have kept the Byredo bottles and are refilling them with an inferior product. I tried to speak to reception about this but nothing happened. It is ridiculous to put products in a room without guests being aware of the ingredients and it seems like a way to dupe guests into thinking they are being provided with a luxurious product when they are not. I really hope the hotel takes these points into consideration. We would love to return again next year.

Well, what can I say. This hotel ticks all the boxes. My Husband Keith and I travel a lot and have stayed in some super hotels, a lot of them from the Mr and Mrs Smith collection. This time we went with BA holidays and booked a junior suite with a private pool. The room was lovely as was the outside area. All very clean and tidy and the housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and the beach and beach restaurant was breathtaking. The staff were just so attentive. We were in room 303 as we had asked for a suite with the sun on it all day and it was to the right hand side of the hotel complex near a rather loud bar. The first night my husband complained about the noise and customer relations were wonderful. They told us that the noise would be less by 23.00 and sure enough it was. The next day they were straight onto the case and asked if we would like to move and actually we loved our room so much and to be honest 23.00 isn’t late plus we quite enjoyed the music after all!! Anyway, the hotel staff are just exceptional, a big thank you especially to Christopher, the bar manager, Andreas, Helen and Irene, they were super stars. Plus all the customer relations and receptionists. We had another holiday booked in September to go to Croatia but we have cancelled that and are going back to the Suites! We very rarely stay twice in a place so that’s what a gem this hotel is. Gorgeous rooms, super efficient and friendly staff, delicious food and cocktails, amazing beach and bar area very relaxing live music in the evenings at the beach and lovely local restaurants to stroll to too. What more do you need to relax and enjoy!

My stay for a three day-weekend in May was off to a bad start even before I arrived at the hotel. A somewhat heated email exchange with the reservation team threatening to cancel the reservation if I did not pay immediately, according to the tariff conditions, meant that I had to contact the Guest Relations Manager (Mrs Ageliki KOULOURI) to clarify the situation. It is therefore through this first exchange with her that I can say today that this manager is one of the main assets of this hotel. Not only does she do her job, but she also puts in a dose of tact, delicacy and efficiency. I owe the success of my stay to her. The hotel is very well located, beautifully decorated and the rooms are beautiful. I personally was upgraded to a suite with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea. The hotel, which opened fairly recently, still has a few glitches that one is less inclined to forgive once the break-in period is over, especially for a hotel of this category. This year, the restaurant offer has been reduced by the presence of Michelin-starred chef Botrini, who has ”ceased his collaboration” with the hotel. I tested the two restaurants Sofrito (Greek and Mediterranean cuisine) and Oribu (North Asian cuisine). The staff in the dining areas are numerous, attentive and eager to help. I found that both the food and wine lists lacked coherence, and sometimes even of the desired wine :). This didn't bother me that much, but I did think that a hotel in this category should do a better job! As for the breakfast buffet (there are several), I found it perfect: a wide selection of dishes, from savory to sweet. The only downside is the lack of teas, at least for tea lovers. The swimming pool, probably one of the most beautiful on the island, is infinity and offers a spectacular view of the sea and the mainland in the distance. Sports enthusiasts will not be outdone by the state-of-the-art gym and equipment. And what can I say about the Spa? Well, it's certainly one of the best treatments I've ever received, and all in a finely decorated, relaxing setting. A big plus and a big thank you to the team. I'll conclude by saying that I hope to return to this resort and that the service will live up to the high standards expected of a 5-star hotel.
