What a lovely place this is; it’s hard to mention anything bad about our two weeks there. We arrived late at night (after the all inclusive had finished) but they had kept food hot for the late arrivals. There was some mix-up with our rooms which was not down to the hotel but was caused by the tour operator. We stayed in temporary rooms overnight and they’d sorted everything by the morning so that we could unpack, get comfortable, and relax without missing any holiday time. It just got better from there. We had rooms opposite each other which was absolutely perfect for our little party. The rooms were spacious and well lit with comfortable beds and good storage space. Although there were tea/coffee facilities, there was minimal tea and coffee provided. Also they only provided powder creamer. However, fresh milk was available on request as was more tea or coffee. One of my friends is allergic to caffeine and the staff ensured that she had as much decaff. coffee as she wanted. Therefore, I only see that apparent negative aspect as a positive way for the staff to demonstrate their genuine wish for their guests to have a brilliant holiday. They certainly go the ‘extra mile’ and beyond! We were all-inclusive and have seen other reviews telling people to go B&B and eat out. Whilst I sympathise with those sentiments, I and my friends will stick with all inclusive. The food was plentiful, beautifully cooked and presented, and offered a good variety. We’ve been to other all inclusive hotels/resorts and this was way up with the best of them. There were lots of salads the curries were delicious as were pizzas, chips, pasta dishes, and other Western-type foods. All eggs at breakfast except scrambled, were cooked to order and taste - no solid gold watches here (sorry, UK expression). The variety on offer, including local cuisine, was great. I want to highlight two things that, I think, illustrate their attention to detail and willingness to help. First; there was a lovely pickle every lunch and dinner time. I was interested in one of the ingredients as I’d come across it in England and nobody could tell me what it was. The lady cook/chef that I asked went and searched and came to me with the full list of ingredients and we finally identified what it was. Secondly; I and one of my friends are allergic to shellfish. Having been made ill by the ‘simple’ fact of cross contamination between prawns and other food whilst on holiday in another country, I wanted to be sure that this wouldn’t happen here - especially at the BBQ nights. I spoke to the waiting/cooking staff and they told me not to worry. Whenever shellfish and meat were on offer at the BBQ nights they would cook whatever meat we wanted inside and separately. After the first night we didn’t ask again, they approached us. Now THAT is what I call excellent service. This is not a huge hotel and that meant it was relatively quiet and relaxed. There were several conferences during our stay and, when we’d seen
