SUPER ACCOMMODATING. REALLY ENJOY HERE. WE THOUGHT ITS TOO HOT DUE TO NO AIRCON IN THE ROOM BUT WE’RE TOTALLY WRONG.

Had a stay here for 2 nights with complementary breakfast and I could say that they serve tasty breakfast and the staff are friendly and accomodating. I arrived in Baguio very early but since I could check in later in the afternoon so I tried asking the receptionist if I can check-in early. The hotel became full house the night prior to my arrival so early check in was not amenable, however, they offered that I could leave my belongings so that it wont be a toil on me while I roam downtown while waiting for my check-in time. Toiletries and towels are provided except for bedrooom slippers, which I see as a very slight problem. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!👌🏻

wifi is ok. breakfast is sososo. location is ok. but i requested for MAKE UP MY ROOM, no one came. drinking water is available every floor.

The new building is ok. The old one is without aircon. Old and full of dust. Poorly maintained building. We upgraded to the new building with a fee. No choice since it is impossible for us to stay in the old building where it is literally old, toilets and everything Breakfast is so so no options at all. You cannot request hair blower and iron. They do not have that. If they have it, it comes with an exorbitant fees.

Malapit lang sa Burnham Park either jeepney or taxi. Masarap yung food maluwang yung dina usan ng seminar nmin.

I thought I had booked the newer hotel, but when I got there, there were two hotels, the Hotel Supreme, old and new (not so new). We got there around 10 pm and felt hungry. There's no open store or restaurant nearby, but luckily, there's available grab food delivery. The Hotel looks old and dark, but the area is clean. The room is suitable for two people, but the lighting is dark. It's clean, and the price is right. I requested an additional bed since another person would stay for one night; I paid 500 pesos. There is a complimentary breakfast for two, and you must pay 200 for an extra person. My other friend stayed only for one night, which I mentioned to the helpdesk. When I called the helpdesk, I requested to pull out of the bed and told her that my friend would not stay anymore and was unsure if they would charge us (another 500 for an extra bed) for another night if they did not pull it out. The helpdesk told me that we would need to pay since the checkout was only at noon. They should have informed us if this is the protocol for additional beds. What if the bed will stay in our room for four days? I will be charged 2000 pesos since the extra bed has yet to be pulled out. Anyway, it was a good stay. The service crews are approachable, and they clean the room every day.

The Hotel is a bit old ..and also amenities are not that good..but overall experience is good

It was good and comfy. I want to come back soon and its cheaper rates and affordable. Thank you.

The room is spacious and clean however we had to asked for sleepers

This is a pretty old hotel. I wish they can renovate soon as the room has a very old vibe. I can’t stay in the room all by myself.
