Very spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.

Everything is good except the breakfast area and common corridors were quite warm as I don't the air-con was on or turn to cool mode. I was perspiring whenever I have my breakfast :(

我對該酒店的服務和設施非常失望，並強烈建議不要入住。首先，電梯的安全措施不足，任何人都可以隨意進入，這讓我感到非常不安全。其次，房間內的熱水壺是壞的，而且旁邊沒有插座，無法使用。此外，枕頭的質量也很差，衹有一種硬度，讓我在睡眠中感到不適。床單和毛巾的質量同樣令人不滿意，觸感粗糙，給人一種廉價的感覺。淋浴間的設計也存在嚴重問題，簾子有縫隙，使得洗澡時毫無私隱可言。更糟糕的是，淋浴間簾子的邊緣都是鋒利的，極易劃傷皮膚。工作台的凳子不僅沒有後靠，連靠墊或抱枕都沒有，長時間坐着會讓人感到腰痠背痛。地上的毯子佈滿了各種污漬和印子，顯得非常臟亂。此外，酒店還在入住時收取了按金，這讓我感到非常不合理。如果不是因為北寧大鳳凰酒店沒有空房，我根本不會選擇這個酒店。最後，我對門口掛着的五星標識表示懷疑，這樣的服務和設施怎麼可能達到五星級的標準？綜上所述，我對這個酒店的整體印象極差，強烈建議大家不要選擇入住。
