Lokasi hotelnya strategis, dekat dengan Bandung Indah Plaza dan Bandung Elektronik Center. Jadi kalau mau jalan jalan sekitaran hotel juga gak jenuh. Hotelnya mewah, makanannya juga enak dan bervariasi. Menginap di sini cukup menyenangkan, staffnya ramah dan juga fasilitasnya cukup lengkap. Kamar hotelnya bersih, bangunannya iconic. Berada di pusat kota Bandung. Dekat juga dengan pusat pemerintahan an Kota Bandung yaitu Balai Kota Bandung.

Nyaman view nya juara kita dapet cake sliced jg 😍 tp sayangnya saat saya check in sampai 1 jam lamanya.. Toiletries nya ga lengkap dan bathrobe nya ga ada.. Selebihnya ok.. Anak" happy..

Great hotel with Good Hospitality and located just next to shopping mall, Bandung indah Plaza and Bandung Electronic Center. Several restaurants and factory outlet was nearby.
Room was clean, spacious and comfy. All staff were Professional, helpful, and very friendly.
Special thanks to Ms Dhiya And Ms Afifah from Front Desk who professionally handle and arrange for my room transfer request.
Several minor things in the room might need maintenance and update, and overall the hotel was nice and i would recommend the hotels.
Kudos for All the Staffs.

The room is generally clean, but there is a slight urine smell in the toilet. Additionally, please pay more attention to the ceiling, as it is dusty, especially above the bed. However, the rest of the room is great, and the service is prompt.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Also the staff were very helpful but breakfast was mediocre. The hotel is connected to a service apartment so it may cause some confusion for pick-up.
