Bambos hizo nuestras vacaciones una especial, como un tipo de primera, sería muy recomendable, el personal del hotel era amable y la atmósfera en general fue brillante, pero tengo que decir que BAMBOs hizo nuestras vacaciones, es un buen riso que realmente lo amamos tanto.

From my point of view, they forgot one star, on Booking they are ranked only 4... 10 stars for the stuff! Lazarus - maitre is the best! The chef is a master of cooking. If you come just for a holiday, you will forget to live the fairytale of this place. It's fantastic!

The hotel has a really lovely atmosphere. Tranquil and relaxing. We chose this hotel due to the lounge area near the pool and bar as we prefer to sit in a chill environment opposed to a hotel with entertainment. On arrival we were shown our room. There was two paper bags each with a sandwich, apple and a carton of juice. This was a nice touch, but have had better in other hotels. The room was dated, as other guests have said. There was a funny, chemical smell in our room, the wooden furniture was blown from the condensation and the bath really needs to be replaced with a shower. Air-conditioning worked well and rooms were cleaned to an acceptable standard daily. Only niggles were the balcony was not swept so sand from the beach was there for our entire stay and mirrors were not wiped down. Our first night was peaceful, but the following night and then for the next four nights we had some very load neighbourhoods who were next to us and directly opposite. They were going out at 2am shouting and coming back crashing furniture, being sick, shouting and on one evening howling like wolves. I reported this to guest relations on the first night who took the room numbers but nothing changed. Luckily they went home after the fourth night and we just slept in the sun bed through the day. We were all inclusive and cannot complain about the quality of the food and drinks. The three restaurants were absolutely amazing, Peeper bar being our favourite. In the hotel the cocktails were superb, however, the service was slow and took us a while to change from the quick service expected in the UK to the chilled environment of the Soma Lounge. We did feel that guests who were paying received a better service than those who were all inclusive. They were served quicker, more frequently and with a more friendly manner. I found this annoying as we were still paying, but we had just prepaid. It felt like the staff had the opinion that we were not worthy of the same level of service. Sun-beds were not an issue during our stay, there were still many available at 9am. Obviously the best positions around the pool had been reserved with towels, but we didn’t mind. As we entered the second week of our holiday we noticed a change over of guest which changed the subbed reservation dynamics and people began to reserve sun-bed between 6-7am. If you went out in the morning you were unlikely to get a subbed on your return. The food in Cloister was always delicious. Staff in the restaurant were friendly and often remembered what drink you were having with your meal. We were only ever offered one, but had usually finished our meal and returned to the Soma Lounge for another. The surrounding area was pleasant, lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Some enjoyable excursions and the beaches are stunning! I am glad we chose this hotel as it was right in the middle of everything and a beautiful, peaceful oasis inside. Stayed a week at this little gem of a hotel. Arrived a bit later than the AI dinner service but was promtly given a snack bag by the reception staff. We were in the studios/apts at the back of the hotel and they were excellent. Loads of space for our toddler to run around and a great travel cot for the wee one aswell. Bed was comfy, rooms cleaned to a great standard on a daily basis and housekeeping staff always went out their way to give our daughter a little smile and a wave. Plastics at the pool glasses at the napa crown, made sence however would have prefered pints rather than halves when it came to the beer on the AI however not going to grumble to much anout that. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, lunch and dinner service at the nelia beach was outstanding and was a nice touch for gardens guests to be able to stau and enjoy the evening entertainments along with AI drinks. The pool area was great, not massive and sunbeds where always available. Reception made our last day a bit more easier by granting us a late checkput, we had to move rooms for it but it allowed us to get freshened up propely before a long night of traveling home. Alot of complaints about bar staff on here but we never had any issues, smile at them, say hi and they will do the same in return, they are there to do a job and they do it well. There’s absolutely nothing more I can say about this hotel other than excellent! It was my husband’s 60th birthday and nothing was too much trouble for them. Andreas you were fantastic organising everything for me, making sure my husband had an experience he will never forget. Balloons, in the room and around the private cabana by the rooftop pool, a cake, fantastic room and he even made sure there was my favourite wine ready for us, chilled to perfection. Alexandra the restaurant manager at the Courtyard, was so attentive and very generous, making us his special desert at our table, followed by a lovely liqueur at no cost, a birthday wish from him, yes and again another bottle of our favourite wine waiting for us. (The wine was not on the menu but they made the effort to ensure it was available to us). The staff are all amazing too, Ali the waiter at breakfast and the lovely lady who cooked fresh eggs for us. The lovely handsome Greek waiter at the Courtyard Restaurant and the DJ was outstanding!! A big big thank you again Andreas I am so grateful to you and your staffxxx Jayne & Mark

I want to start this review by saying that the staff at this hotel are outstanding, they go above and beyond to help, they are friendly and very hard working. However, I can’t understand how majority of the reviews for this hotel are positive from what we and other experienced from our stay. Upon arrival the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are airy and modern and all looks very nice. I think the main issue with this place is there is far far too many guests for the amenities that the hotel has to offer. BUFFET: The buffet restaurant is absolutely tiny, every night there was a huge que wrapped all around to get to the food. This is not ideal with 2 small children when you have go back and forth separately for everyone to get their plate of food. This resulted in my partner not getting anything to eat because of the length of time it took then returning on his own at 9pm. The que went from the very first dish right to the last so it took a long time to get to the end. Not only that the food was not being replenished quick enough, everything was stone cold and the food all had a crusty top layer as if it had been standing for a long time. The food is one of the worst we have had. The hotel is aware of this issue as they had one of the staff members asking for peoples feedback and agreed it was far too small and that the hotel was looking into it. A LA CARTE: My next issue was the a la carte, there is only one included a la carte and the food here was absolutely disgusting and stone cold. The restaurant itself is outdoor but is very very dirty and unkept. While we were there the majority of people were leaving without finishing their meal. We waited over 2 hours and ended up leaving before our dessert as it was just taking so long. ENTERTAINMENT: this also wasnt great, there was only 1 thing on most nights that last 30mins-45mins and then that was it. It was out on the terrace which again there was not enough space or seats for how many guests were at the hotel. Daytime entertainment was very lacking, if you have children this is definitely not a good choice hotel for that reason. There is only 2 young girls that run entertainment during the day and they run very few activities. POOL: the pools upon arrival look great however we found these to be dirty, they all had scum rings around the outer which was never cleaned the whole time we were there, the tiles were black and mouldy in lots of places. We saw ants crawling all over the bar counters too. My suggestion to this hotel would be stop trying to make more money and concentrate on catering to the guests that have already paid a lot to stay here. Open up the paid a la carte as an option to all inclusive guests which would free up more congestion in the buffet. Open the roof top bar also as an option to all inclusive guests, not an extra charge. This would allow for more space for guests to enjoy their night rather than sitting in a small lobby for the whole duration of their holiday

Buen precio para el hotel. Estaba en el aeropuerto de Ercan a las 1:00 horas, prereservamos un taxi a través del hotel - el arreglamiento funcionó bien. El taxi fue 1400TL. La habitación se limpió muy bien todos los días. El hotel dispone de una habitación con aire acondicionado y agua de complimentación. El desayuno era muy bueno. Comimos en el bar del hotel una noche - comida razonable y no demasiado caro. Localización buena - una tienda de café en el sitio, cerca de ATMs, tiendas de cubierta y restaurantes de salida. La recepción de la cabaña de montaña es muy fácil de encontrar, pero no hay luz de lectura en la mesa de la cama ni muebles en el balcón.
