酒店是民宿，環境優美，入住時前台熱情上台階幫忙拿大箱子，我們説起沒吃晚飯還幫助點了個披薩。早餐豐富可口，稍有不足是設施有些舊，打掃房間需要電話提醒。

Súper recomendado! Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y cómodas. El servicio es excelente y el staff muy amigable. Yo fui viajando sola. Me trataron súper bien y me ayudaron con la transferencia al aeropuerto y más.

Este hotel es muy acojedor, los cuartos son muy espaciosos , especialmente los honey moon suites y el grand master room. Vale la pena pagar por ellos, el servicio personalisado del manager es increible! Desayuno es completo con Cafe, te, leche jugos , etc. Tambien puedes ordenar , omelettes directo a la cocina. Ellos te consiguen cualquier Tour, como un guia personal por las diferentes atracciones, ATV tours, y por supuesto el paseo en Globo . Vale mucho la pena hacerlo. El trato personal del manager, dueño del hotel fue muy bueno , cuando mi amigo se enfermo del estomago o deshidratación y el manager nos llevo al hospital personalmente , tradujo todo , estuvo con nosotros todo el tiempo y no cobro nada! Yo volvere alla por seguro si permite Dios. Suerte viajeros

Este hotel es una maravilla. Tiene el tamaño perfecto para disfrutar de buenas habitaciones y de un maravilloso servicio, pero sin perder el trato personal para cualquier cosa que necesites. Tanto el propietario como todo el equipo están dedicados a que la estancia sea perfecta. Los grandes hoteles deberían aprender de este buen hacer! El desayuno es insuperable. Llevan el desayuno turco a otro nivel, todo es casero desde las mermeladas, los bollos, el pan, las galletas, limonada natural y un sinfín de delicias. No recuerdo haber disfrutado tanto un desayuno, esta todo buenísimo y más saludable no puede ser. Gracias Faruk por enseñarnos lo mejor de la hospitalidad turca y por vuestro buen hacer, ya somos huéspedes incondicionales.

Alojarse en Mira Capadoccia enriquece la experiencia de visitar esa zona mágica de Turquía. Las habitaciones decoradas con muy buen gusto, todas diferentes, los desayunos elaborados con verdadera dedicación (mermeladas caseras, ommelettes preparadas con mimo y al gusto de cada uno, dulces exquisitos y variedad de frutas, quesos y embutidos halal para saborear las delicias de la gastronomía turca), un enclave maravilloso para realizar las mejores fotos panorámicas de la zona de Avanos… Pero lo que verdaderamente marca la diferencia es el staff del hotel, la gente que allí trabaja y que trata a todo el mundo con gentileza y disponibilidad para ayudarte a resolver cualquier duda, inconveniente o necesidad. Por todo lo dicho y como os podéis imaginar, lo hemos pasado genial, y estamos deseando volver a visitaros.

Capadoccia es un destino muy especial, una región donde encuentras un nivel muy elevado de hostelería así como de atención a los huéspedes. En este entorno no es fácil destacar, sin embargo durante nuestra estancia en Mira Capadoccia Hotel encontramos que todo lo que recibimos superaba nuestras expectativas, una y otra vez. Es la excelencia llevada al trato entre personas. Desde que realizamos la reserva a través de la web del hotel nos escribió el manager a través de whatsapp. Todas las dudas o necesidades de transporte quedaron resueltas antes de llegar al hotel. Una vez allí, es como llegar a casa. La habitación en la que nos quedamos era espectacular, con techos altos y abovedados y una decoración preciosa. El desayuno es abundante, casero y delicioso. Los desayunos turcos suelen ser muy buenos y nutritivos, pero este desayuno nos pareció celestial. Es un lugar feliz, donde te sientes acogido y bienvenido. Gracias a todos!

Very unique style of building, built and designed with a high standard. Staff and the manager were very helpful during our stay! Highly recommend this place!! The breakfast buffet was amazing. The views and the various outdoor sitting areas were also really good.

Lovely traditional hotel with cave style rooms and authentic decor but unfortunately it was out of the way in Avanos which meant we had to take a 20 minute taxi to get into Goreme for any nightlife!! Breakfast was Turkish style which was not to my taste but was well presented! Unfortunately the waitresses were unable to communicate in English so it was difficult to request anything! The coffee on offer was only filter coffee which was awful so we drank Turkish tea! The front desk staff were helpful and actually upgraded us as the hotel was empty! It was a lovely hotel but I would definitely have preferred to stay closer to the tourist area of Goreme where I could see the balloons flying overhead and where I would be able to walk to a restaurant to eat in the evening!

It was a great pleasure for us to host you.I only have a very small objection to your review..our hotel is located in the heart of capadocia and at the same time in the center of Avanos.Avanos, Urgup and Goreme are small provinces and each province has its own sightseeing places and beauties.we are located in front of a beautiful river (called "Red River")...you can see the river, hot air balloons, the beautiful mountain Erciyes and beautiful chimneys from our hotel...they fly even over our Hotel..Goreme and Urgup are only 10 minutes from Avanos...Goreme is not the center of the sights! In Goreme there are only more stores and restaurants and therefore more tourists.it is much quieter and more pleasant here than in Goreme or Urgup... in Avanos is the world famous pottery and many other historical sights.so it is a matter of taste and what you want to see..as you booked your Room through an agency you could not know that...also we gave you a free upgrade for your room with jacuzzi and fireplace.I would like to apologize for the filter coffee...of course you could have told us on the spot and we immediately prepared a fresh coffee for you...it is the first time that we get a complaint about coffee...of course breakfast and coffee is a matter of taste but the assortment and the richness is always top...I would like to thank you again very much and wish you all the best.

My stay was simply perfect. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. I'm recommending everyone. It's wonderful place. Lovely

We had a wonderful stay at the Mira Cappadocia - a gem of a hotel in Avanos, a beautiful town (on a river) a short drive to the more tourist-y and crowded towns of Goreme, Uchisar and Urgup. The staff are hospitable and rooms are large, clean and well appointed. We look forward to visiting again.

Great service by Farouk and team. The room is very confortable. view is fantastic. breakfast is excellent. The location of the hotel also close to everywhere. The staff is very helpful. definitely will be coming again and will recommend to family and friends

Exceptional! I don’t remember being so well treated by a hotel staff. Since the first contact by WhatsApp, Mira hotel answered my question quickly and very carefully. They were very helpful scheduling all the activities in Cappadocia (red tour, balloon flight). You can trust them for that! Now talking about the building, the decoration and structure is amazing. Everything looks so organized and the decoration is beautiful. The room was impeccable, clean and organized. Wi-Fi was also great. I had an amazing weekend in Avanos and recommend Mira!

Definitely a place i will definitely go back!!! I went to Turkey last week and this place took care of me in the most utmost concern specially im a solo traveller.provide me bigger rooms even if i didn’t asked simply because they wanted to make me feel more comfortable at the same price! I didn’t know but when i get there i was wondering why the room was too big for me then while having breakfast they told me they decided to change it with bigger one! i’m speechless and greatful! The owner chat with me while having breakfast fed me with so much food and it was so great and the breakfast vibe sun kissed was one of my wonderful experience! Take me tours within the vicinity overlooking over Avanos was definitely an experience of a lifetime! Not only that i just found out that they provide cheaper tours for hot air balloons set with red tour like a $100 less cheaper ! Definitely Mira Cappadocia is a place for me 💕

One of the best stay in Turkey. Had a memorable stay. The staffs were very humble especially the owner of the hotel. The Architecture of the hotel is amazing and the service was awesome.. Will surely recommend my friends from Mauritius.. Will reminisce the stay

We stayed at Mira Cappadocia for 2 nights, the staff was very kind and Farouk (owner) is always present looking that all is OK, the location is not in the very center, but only 6min walk, Rooms are very spacious (Family Room) there fit up to 5 people very comfortable. The Breakfast the best compared with other holes around the area, and very Homemade style. Congratulation Mira Cappadocia for the work well done!
