It is very nice, clean and authentic hotel. You can stay with your family, it is family-friendly hotel. The owner of the hotel is so kind and honest person. I spent good time during two days, it is unforgettable. I recommend people to stay at this hotel.

Good hotel run by a family rooms are good breakfast was fantastic location is great near to market and famous park good restaurants there too. Recommended for family stay. Style and interior is good cave style. Good hotel in good price for stay and visiting Avanos.

Very chill, family-run place. It’s almost like walking into a family cottage than a hotel, in a good way. We stayed only for a few hours - we had checked out of a different hotel in Goreme in the morning, and had all day to explore Avanos until our flight at night. We also wanted to catch some sleep before our flight so Akman was perfect since the rooms were very inexpensive. The host and his wife were very warm, and although I couldn’t speak or understand Turkish they went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Felt like they had welcomed us home. The room itself was very unique, and had an offbeat and authentic Turkish feel. They’ve also made excellent use of space, the loft was incredibly comfortable and my little daughter loved exploring it. My only regret is not staying there longer. Would definitely recommend to families and someone looking for a no non-sense boutique hotel.

Benim için yatak ve yastıklar konforlu değildi. Yerden ışıklandırma gözü alıyordu banyo ışıklandırması da öyleydi.
Personel ilgiliydi ve yardımcı oldular. Oda temizliği günlük değil gibiydi. Sezon olmadığından olabilir.

Since this is a boutique hotel with a small number of rooms and other guests and its owner is a really nice and hospitable person, we felt like home and really enjoyed our stay there. We liked the authentic style and aesthetics of the rooms, hearty breakfasts, the view, and the location of the hotel (there are a lot of restaurants and shops within a very short walking distance). This is a hotel that we would definitely recommend to our friends and family members.
