Picaddle the Luxury Boutique Resort

It should be named The worstest hotel in this range. Sloggish employees, pathetic breakfast buffet, the housekeeping and reception people like sloth...they are always on sleeping mode so that need to listen the need of their guests. we have booked a delux room for 3 nights that costs us 12k.... No parking place at all for 4 wheelers. But they have a spa..God knows with such services which kind of people opt for spa here.. The first room they have provided was completely damp with water seepage. The smell of the room was so dangerous..I have started vomiting at morning 3:30 am..and I have to call someone to shift my room as my health condition was continuously detoriarating. You will get only 1 sachet of sugar pouch and 2 tea bags in the room until unless u have to beg for atleast 3 more sugar pouch to make a decent black tea. Breakfast buffet is pathetic where u will find cockroaches crawling on the buffet table and while intimating a boy ,he was not even bother to look at the table!!!! Food also so poor......and limited....u are forced to eat only bread..... Horrible horrible place....to stay.... Worst rooms Completely unprofessional employees Worstest food Pathetic hospitality... My verdict. - 10 out of 10.

The hotel is situated on the highway. It's a small property with limited amenities. Parking is also limited, and cars may need to be moved to another small open lot by the valet. There's a small pool available for guests who want to take a dip. The property only has three floors. We stayed in the deluxe room, so we can only comment on this type of room. The rooms were spacious enough for two or three people, and the bathroom was well stocked with amenities. The support staff kept everything clean and well-maintained. The only downside was that some rooms face other rooms, so you need to be careful about the view. Surprisingly, being on the highway, sound was never an issue. Breakfast is served at the hotel's restaurant, but don't expect a lavish spread. It's still enough to start the day and has a mix of Indian dishes. Made-to-order eggs are also available. Room service is quick, and we tried some of the dishes, which were not expensive but tasty. Ordering in is also a good option for the afternoons or for a post-dinner snack. Kudos to the staff! They managed to keep the guests happy and are very helpful.

It was a peak diwali time and hence it was expected that the room rates will be high in all the resorts / hotels in mahabaleshwar. We chose Picaddle as it offered almost all the amenities at a reasonable price. Reasonable considering the season. It is located right between panchgani and mahablaeshwar, just before marriott. The hotel has a pool, restaurant, games room and a small garden area for kids. We booked 2 deluxe rooms and 1 standard room for 3 nights. Standard room was too small with only 1 window which opens towards the passage, effectively no window. The deluxe room were ok, good for 2 adults. But if you take an extra bed, the room has no more space left. The rooms and resort were all clean. However, overall i found it to be too cramped. The room size, reception, restaurant, pool, garden, etc. So much so that the banquet hall becomes a make shift indoor gsmes room, if there are no functions. It also has a limited parking. Also, the surrounding area is a village area and you can see there houses right next to the hotel, which makes it look even more cramped. Because of all this, it loses some star. Food was good at the restaurant. Staff were very supportive. Opt for this hotel if you are going to be out the whole day.
