"Hotel has all potential to be amazing, however, most representatives take a "good enough" attitude. When I checked in, I asked for an upgrade, she said I was already given an upgraded room, and when I asked if suite is possible, she basically said that my upgrade is good enough. The room was sort of nice. Very unfortunate that mobile reception is very poor in most areas of hotel. Breakfast was pathetic! bunch of empty pots, salmon that looked expired and sandwiches that looked and tasted very strange. They said it was a low occupancy day or something. I tried extending my stay, and the lady said she upgraded me to a suite, however, it was just a room with no balcony, so I cancelled reservation and left. She didnt seem like she cared at all. Thanks for this "good enough" hospitality..."

"Se le dio un espacio de tipo incorrecto al llegar. Se trasladó a petición. La habitación tenía desperdicios por toda la pared. El aire acondicionado había sellado por todo el lugar en grandes plomos. El tubo de baño hace ruido cada paso que haces cuando se baña el ducha. La cara en el baño está tan cerca de la espalda del baño que es imposible lavar las manos. si intentas agua va por todo el lugar. No hay velocidad para poner los artículos personales necesarios en el baño. Estaba muy decepcionado en un hotel este nuevo, nunca volverá a usarlo."
