I stayed for 10-11 days and experience was awesome. Location, ambiance, bed, air conditioning, housekeeping, dining was very good. Staff is really great. But 1 minus rating, because Wi-fi was not at all working for all 11 days, Thanks to my mobile network who supported me during this stay... Need to improve mainly on Wi-fi provision.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

It was a great trip. Beautiful place to stay in. Food quality was excellent. The evening dinner in the open lawn is very refreshing. Clean and well mainstream rooms. The customer service was prompt, effective and courteous. Overall, a very good experience.

The restaurant was a fantastic experience for our family ! We were very well welcomed by Baban Chavan, Samadhan and Sony. Smile and kindness make a perfect service ! The food was really good and fine (we really enjoyed and recom***d you the grilled fish!). The place also is really nice, calm, confortable and clean. We were so happy of our lunch that we came back for the dinner ! Thanks a lot to the staff for these good moments !

Staff people called sudhakar ganesh are rude, untrained, unprofessional, incompetent, discourteous, impertinent & inept, poor hospitality Rooms were dusty, bed sheets were stained, ac was not working even after complaining for 4 times problem doesn't get resolved, what's the point of paying so much when you have to sleep without ac, there were no channels in tv, what's the point of keeping a tv when there are no channels, corridor was filthy & stinking of odour & foul smell Rundown building with poor maintenance & poor ambience, overrated, not worth the money, not worth the price I woke up in the middle of the night because someone was listening to loud music in next room

This hotel was such a wonderful experience - Sachin, the reservations ***ager, was a huge help with the booking. Baban helped us plan an evening out, making calls to ensure we got exactly the food experiences we were looking for. Overall, the hospitality is wonderful. The place is clean, beautifully maintained. Our room overlooking the lawns was very comfortable. The food is good - the naans in particular are spectacular. Dinner on the lawns became a highlight of our day. Would definitely stay here again, when in Aurangabad. Highly recommend the place.

Pathetic experience. Checked in yesterday night. Room was clean and decent like any 3 star hotel. But services are very slow. And breakfast is horrible. Horrible is understatement. Every thing is cold or some items are over. No one is even interested in filling them. Containers in which corn flakes are kept are so dirrty that while opening your hands will get dirty with dust. Pav bhaji was over salty. Medu Vada had so much oil. Asked for restaurant ***ager he is not around. As expected when restaurant ***ager is not around during important morning time when most of the guest are in restaurant what do you expect. For breakfast I will rate them zero. And 1 star for clean room.

Great room, very good beds, pleasant airconditioning, very good service, and the best food we have tasted in India (we travel a lot in India)! We will surely come back. Special thanks to Samadhan and Baban Chavan for making this an unforgettable experience!
