It was greatful to let us check in early after a long flight. Our first stop at Auckland is so pleasure and comfortable. Recommend to everyone who'd like to have a woderful stay in Auckland.
Though it's not right in the downtown, but it just takes 18 minites to walk to the central park and Auckland War memorial museum. There's a small grocery store nearby and if you're looking for something fresh,it took 5minute ride to a Count Down with free parking. (And a 24hr laundry in front of the building).
Good accomodation if you're planning your trip in Auckland.

Great service. I arrived on a late flight and the staff member checked me in quickly and asked if I'd like a late checking out which was thoughtful and appreciated give the late arrival. The room was nice, had a comfy bed and was quiet. Everything I was looking for.

Check in took a bit longer than a 5 stars hotel should be. I arrived at 1pm after an overnight flight and need a rest. Room wasn’t ready so okay I can wait. Until 3pm it was still not ready… only get into the room around 4pm at last. First impression ruined.

Very rude receptionists when I asked for return of deposit taken at checkin even though room had been paid for in full. Was told it would take a few days and if it didn’t come into my account to contact my bank because they sometimes hold onto money and don’t pay it in. Complete rubbish!!! I’m sure my credit card company would be interested to know about this policy to refuse to return deposits at checkout … attitude of male receptionist spoiled my stay I was made to feel uncomfortable because I asked for return of deposit. Would not stay here again or recommend based on this.

Amazing Stay at Pullman Auckland!
I recently stayed at Pullman Auckland, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a dream every night.
The hotel facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the pool and spa area, which was a wonderful place to relax after exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was

This hotel sits almost next to the Sky City and Sky Towers and very close to the airport bus stops but is a long walk towards the harbour. So it depends what your intention was. Other than that we didn't use any of the facilities or breakfast so there is not much to comment on their qualities. The check in was a bit of slow as the staff seemed too distracted by a chatty customer in front of us to clear the queue first.

Excellent choice if you are traveling with kids. The room was very clean and well equipped. The kids loved their own separate sleeping area which had a single bed and a bunk bed that is capable of housing up to 4 kids. Room price included a complimentary visit to the top of the sky tower.

UUsuario invitadoWhile everything about this hotel was excellent, the staff stood out. Whether reception, room cleaners, or the concierge, they couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. The rooms have floor to ceiling windows and are up to date with electronic features such as touch lighting. A 10 minute walk takes you to the harbour with a vast variety of restaurants and the Maritime Museum. As well it is only a 2 block walk to Queens Street with upscale and regular shopping. The location couldn’t be better. A skywalk takes you to the Sky Needle as well

The room service is by requested on or before noon time one day before. We forgot to request 2 days, the dirty towels like a small mountain in the bathroom. I called the house keeping 10 times and only got 1 time had been answered. I need to go down to the reception to get the salt , pepper, dish wash detergent, towels etc. There is only one air-con unit in the living room, bedrooms doesn't have, the fans in the bedrooms are not working properly.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es muy básico, pero me gustaría mucho para estacionar en coche y para el transporte al aeropuerto. El servicio de transporte está bien organizado. El propio cuarto es básico y la limpieza media pero usted obtiene lo que paga. Nos hemos quedado dos veces cuando capturamos los vuelos tempranos y nos quedaríamos de nuevo.
