We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.Regarding breakfast, it is available at our sister motel located approximately 1 km down the road. As noted on our listing, breakfast is offered at an additional charge of $20 per person.Our reception hours on Saturdays are from morning until 6:00 PM. Guests are welcome to store luggage with us during reception hours; however, as the reception closes in the evening, we are unfortunately unable to supervise luggage after that time. For this reason, we kindly ask guests to collect their belongings before closing. Late check-out may sometimes be arranged depending on availability, but it does incur an additional charge.We are sorry if the explanation provided at check-in felt abrupt or unhelpful. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we will remind our team to communicate these policies in a more welcoming and supportive way.With regard to the noise and the concerns you mentioned about possible bites, we take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously.
