Enjoyed my short stay, clean and convenient location. The only thing I could fault was the room didn't have a USB charger.

The service/reception was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioning in my room (room 109) made a very loud noise so that it wasn't very relaxing being in the room, and I needed ear plugs to sleep.

Despite paying for my booking a week in advance, the hotel has the audacity to demand an additional $250 security deposit before I can receive the keys to my room. This is completely unacceptable. I arrived for important official meetings and was overwhelmed with responsibilities; otherwise, I would have canceled my reservation and chosen a more reputable place to stay. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Good location and very clean room. Unfortunately service at front desk was slow and at times no one around at counter.

Had a great night's stay at this hotel. I loved our room and the pool. Room was not quite perfect, but perfect for us. I would happily stay here again. The lovely lady on the reception desk did a great job and was incredibly helpful.

Room was large spacious, bathroom was basic and abit dated. Lots road noise

Kitchen poorly equipped. Couldn’t really do anything. Bathroom light was out. Had to ask to get it changed.

Superb location right in the heart of CBD, 5mins walk away from Sky tower. Good value for Money & space was huge, even had basic necessities to cook/heat up your foods. There's an indoor pools too. Definitely recommended by me & husband :)

房間很乾凈，就是有點小，有個陽台，能抽煙，泳池味道有點大，沒游泳。健身房也有，位置也不錯。有早餐，可以購買。但是，網不好，Wifi總掉線，網速也不快。
